New month new thread.
My weight is finally moving in the right direction. I am at 184.4 for 2 mornings in a row.
I have been drinking more fluids water and na Non alcoholic beers.
I think the linzess is working finally. I had a smallish bm today, after I got home from work.
I did not have any urge so that is concerning. I have been taking 2 fiber gummies twice a day
along with 2 stool softeners twice a day.

Does anyone know what delta 8 is? Our vape shops sell it and kratom.
That is what my friends son died of an overdose of kratom.

I need to go shoe shopping for the reunion It is coming up soon.
My black sandals fell apart. So I need to buy some comfortable

ones as I should be doing a lot of standing. My twin Gretchen
said she was going to put me to work. She is helping organize
the 40ish reunion. it is really our 41st but they could not do

the 40th last year because of covid.

They have opened it up to other classes, as they did not get

the response they were looking for. I think they have met

a break even point.
WE have had so much rain. The mosquitoes are horrible!
We were going to go to the shrimp and petroliem festival on sunday
but the weather looks awful. So we may not go.
It is an hour away so maybe the storms will pass by Morgan city.
Jeff cooked dinner tonight. He marinaded pork chops.and we had

cawliflower that he mixed with the marinade and it was very good.
He is a much better cook then I.
I Had ordered some of partake IPAs and they came in along with 8 other 6 packs.
They had called me to tell me they were in. So I bought all 12 of them.
That will last me a few weeks. So far I am AF except for our wedding anniversary.
and our 3 day weekend in pensicola. I am not counting days any more.

Yes I talk to jeff about the details.He can't relate he goes like clock twice a day.I am so jealous of him.

183 this morning that is a 21 pound weight loss since my highest weight 204
not that long ago.
By drinking fattening beers in large quantities contributed tremendously to my weight gain. Since I have been drinking these NA partakes I have been able to lose the weight.
Happy about that!

i wrote the company who makes magnesium and asked if they knew when it will be available again.

what have you been doing, are you out of the mag citrate or do you have a few bottles left?

i have maybe 30 bottles left, i have other things to try to. have you tried mag o? also have magnesium citrate tablets and magnesium citrate powder and i forgot what else.

not yet but a lot of positive reviews. i bought it. i have castor oil but scared to try it.

I have mineral oil it is not that bad no taste just a thick consistency.
I am not giving up on the linzess just yet.
The house feels hot.

i am on a buying spree i can't control. i am saving a lot of money by just eating oatmeal and soon buckwheat.
i am only going to use the ac when it gets unbearably hot and when marci and robert come over.
i don't know how to control my buying spree. i hate being bipolar. still haven't hear from robert. hope he is all right.

hell I don't know what works anymoreI think the combination of things finally worked for me. milk of magnesia worked and caused me diarrhea finally. I just hung out at sandras one day and went to the bathroom 4 times.
If I don't have a bm today then will try something else, I don't know what The biscodyle worked maybe I will try that tonight.your taking those right?have you had any formed stool or just diarrhea?

just diarrhea. i am right now just using my supply of the magnesium citrate liquid until i run out
i took 5 biscodydl and i know it worked for a while but can't remember if it stopped working or it was too rough. less than 5 didn't work.
there is an epidemic of constipation. i wonder how much is related to medication? so many commercials.
i told you phillip caplets worked for years.

I know I took phillips caplets for some time then they stopped working or maybe my doctor wanted me off them. I can't remember.

We went to a festival out of town and I drank quite a lot of drinks.
I won't be sober for festivals or vacations.
I just can't see myself sacrificing

the fun times that I have had with alcohol in my life.
Today will go right back to my partakes.


I used biscodyl 2 of them last night and boy did

that work today,
too much I think next time that I need to use that
I will only take 1.
It could have been from so much drinking....donn't
know at least I am cleaned out. biscodyl has been
a god send to me. finally something that works12

option. Maybe it would not be as explosive.
Maybe I will try that next time.
So far the linzess doesn't seem to be working.
The literature said it could take up to 12 weeks

for maximum effectiveness. no explanations for what

to do in the mean time.
I still don't have any urges to go unless I have diarrhea.
then I have to get to the bathroom asap.

I am still taking the linzess hoping that it will kick in, soon. I am taking 2 fiber gummies twice a day and 2 stool softeners 2 x day, and if I don't have a bm in 3 days I will take 1 biscodyl a laxative. If I don't have one by tomorrow then I will take the laxative.
I am sick of this.

182.7 this morning.happy about that still just drinking alcohol free beers.
went to an old watering hole last night fat pats, just down the street.
I had a pretty good salad with seared tuna and 2 eggs fried on top.
I drank soda water and avoided drinking one of my favorite beers that they now have on tap. Holly beach. Yummy!

No stool for 4 days I took 1 biscodyl yesterday.
then a suppository of it twice the strength no results.
I am going to take milk of magnesia this afternoon.
Now, just did!!!

supposed to work in 30 minutes-6 hours. so that is up till 10 pm.
Better stay at home and stick close to the bath room!

hate this! feel so bloated.


a friend of ours wife who is a school teacher came down with covid.
The husband is jeffs good friend whose birthday is today. 9-11.
Think I will watch some footage on face book.

hubby is still not home from his rehearsal with the latin band.

he usually textes me to let me know whats happening.
he was due home half an hour ago.
heard from him, He said they were just wrapping up.
over 3 hour rehearsal He is beat. He just called so he
should be home by 945pm. He had dinner at popeyes.
around 5;30 before the practice at 6 pm.I went

to have a quick dinner at a chicken place I ordered

a big salad with chopped chicken and an avocado.
with a spicy dressing and a side of cilantro dressing as well.
It was very good and took half of it home.

He just walked in the door.

my linzess worked for 2 days in a row. now did not work
for me. I read a lot of reviews that say it caused diarrhea for them.
none for me.

Donna,look at what you eat and when you eat your meals.
I don't eat anything or drink anything beyond 7 pm.
Just got back from penara...had a large green goddess

chicken salad with avocados and pickled onions, bacon

bits and cherry tomatoes and the wonderful salad dressing
and good greens. We are going to a beginning of the

semester party, from the dean. micheal and ursela mcClurer.
He has served as temporary dean of the music school and performing arts.
They are doing an out side search national I think.
Ineed to make some phone calls for work.

I am guessing it might be what I eat. But if I drink after 7pm its
water. So I don't think that would be a problem.

I have had mixed results today is day 3

This afternoon hoping to go before bed time.
Waiting for jeff to be done with his laundry.
So I can start my loads, I have 2 loads and

billing that I need to do. Why do I procrastinate
so much in this important chore. I won't get
paid unless I send out bills.

After brunch at the diner we went looking

at a couple of spirit stores for halloween stuff.
I think jeff is really going to get into it this year.
Happy for him, he seems happier this year.

He has lots of things that he is doing.
Walking jogging in the mornings for over
a year, feeding neighborhood cats treats.
He makes up names for them. he has his

non duality books that he reads. He has been
playing the keyboard,is in 2 bands ,
one is an 18 piece big band with dances

every 2 months and then he is playing with
a latin band, Malentina is the lead singer.

and sings in spanish.They have been asked to
sing in the latin festival Oct1st.
I leave thursday to fly to Indiana for our 40th
high school reunion.
My pop will pick me up at the airport after noon
The reunion is on saturday and I fly back
sunday afternoon.
jeffs laundry is done in the wash so I will go put them in the dryer.
