I'm so glad to have found this forum to find others experiencing PCS. I have been dealing with it for 9 years now. I sustained a few concussions playing soccer in and after college. The last one left me with PCS. The first 3 years were terrible. Then it got to a point where I could manage it. I could live a fairly normal life as long as I didn't exert myself too much physically. If I did then it would trigger my symptoms - migraines, dizziness, nausea, etc. The past 5 weeks though I have been dealing with terrible dizziness and headaches. I haven't been this sick since my last concussion. Well, I started to do some research on the internet and found this forum. I can't tell you how great this would have been when I first had the syndrome 9 years ago. Back then there was very little info on PCS anywhere. It's come a long way. Now if they can only find a cure....

I'm known in my area of the country and klutz.

But that was before I found out why I'm a klutz, so you are meeting
a fellow PCS, person, who has reasons for it.
