and speaking of cheeks... I wonder how his mommy is doing, or how GrandMONKEY is doing... sigh... such a lousy time of year to get sick (ummm :confused: as if there's any good time...)

I wonder that Alffe posted the same thing I was going to post. When I saw the young man on Oprah, who shot himself in the face, I cried off and on for awhile last night before being able to shake that off. Heavy Oprah show.

I wonder at how good Reign Over Me was. I was afraid that it would be too 'heavy', and it was...but a good movie with Adam Sandler (a widower) and his struggle.

I wonder what it's like outside today. Guess I'll find out soon as I'm heading home from daughter doody's. Looks pretty sunny!

I wonder about the timing in life...she was reading the newspaper and Mr.Alffe pointed out an article she'd overlooked... Bill Moor was writing about some of his most remembered columns from 2007 and he wrote about the biggest loss:"There were many great people who passed on in 2007 but the one that may have gotten to me most was the death of Notre Dame security director Rex Rakow, just 55.

He was a great guy who lived his life with dignity and with a tremendous sense of humor.

Even at the end, Rex couldn't help but make people both laugh and cry. He wrote a note to his pallbearers that read: "Don't drop me."

I wonder at how impressed I am with the youth around here that I've seen all around town today carrying their caucus signs. I also wonder that the only signs I've seen, which were many, were for Clinton and Obama.

I wonder at how impressed I am with the number of people I know who are going to the caucus. I just hope my caucus place isn't run by someone who lets the power go to their head and run people ragged for hours trying to get others to join their groups. 30 minutes is the limit folks! If ya wanna change my mind, you only have 30 minutes.

I wonder if you can imagine me creating a brouhaha if they don't finish at the 30 minutes mark. :D

I wonder if anyone knows I got into a fight similar to Granddoody's while in kindergarten and bit a girl on the arm. Hey, we were told to share, and she wasn't sharing the big rubber ball at recess. My teacher had to explain to me it wasn't polite to bite another person. :D We worked out our differences and became good friends. Fortunately, it didn't leave a scar - she went on to be a finalist for Miss America in 1976.

I wonder if the folks in Iowa are tired of all the political campaigning.

I wonder why a college education is free to students in Finland - they only have to pay for books, and not all classes require the purchase of books.

I wonder why full medical coverage in Finland is only 100 Euros per year.

I wonder why Russell Means and a group of his friends decided to call themselves Lakota Freedom Fighters and officially withdraw all treaties from the U.S., without the support of the L/D/Nakota nations. I wonder why he would believe Russian President Putin when he says he supports their cause. I wonder if Putin knows treaties are made between sovereign nations - not individuals. :rolleyes:

I wonder that I love running water and that first bath after not having water is simply wonderful.

Yes, I am glad all the caucusing is over and actually quite surprised at some of the outcome! It was a huge turnout over the state.

I wonder at how excited granddoody was last night. he 'called' me on momma's cell phone and was shrieking about his train. My folks got him a Thomas the Train set for Christmas, and yesterday they got him a bunch of extra cars for the train. He was delighted beyond words, LOL! Couldn't understand a darn thing he shrieked.

LOL Doody - Yeah, it's only taken 40+ YEARS for people to figure out a person should be judged on content of character and not color of skin. :rolleyes:

Your little guy just couldn't be any cuter. I can imagine the enthusiasm in his voice. I LOVED that photo with all the stickers on his face. :D
