Three things about me
 
• I have secondary-progressive multiple sclerosis and it's a bite!
• I have visited all 50 of the United States
• I am 16 years old but the hag in the mirror is 45!:eek:

My 3 things...
 
1. I am a wife, mother and most importantly a Nana to 4 beautiful and smart grandkids. (Want to see pics? Hang around long enough, you'll see 'em)

2. I love to camp and love it best when family and friends join my husband and I at a Michigan campground.

3. I have RR MS and it is being quite gentle on me lately.

2. I have not been to all 50 states but speak 5 languages and have lived in,5 countries besides the US.

3. it is 2 AM and here I sit....alone....in pain....sobbing :p

I have RRMS

I also had open heart surgery 4 years ago to repair an ascending aortic dissection.

I'm an engineer at NASA Johnson Space Center and play a role in shuttle missions.

Bonus - I've met AMN and Sassy and about 20 others in person and I'm familiar with the MP concept.

3) I am addicted to playing Parchisi on the computer.

I really hope other members will join in and not just those with MS ;)

1. RRMS and have been on Rebif for over 5 years.

2. Hang out daily with the birth to 5 and high school age crowd.

3. 18 years volunteering as a Scouter for the BSA.

Two things if you stop putting the food out for them they would not have come in the first place!:eek: If they are a problem call a local rescue group and not animal control! Also I will take all of your chocolate don't want you putting any weight on.:rolleyes::o

Twink - look for a "no kill" shelter. You can google it for your area. We have one here that I have volunteered for. :)

I have RRMS and I have had 9 Tysabri infusions and it has stopped this insidious disease in it's tracks for me! :)

I have more boats on my lawn than people living in my house.:p

Well.....since you asked.... ;)

1. I've had MS since I was 22 years old, and turned 50 this past March.

2. My very first, absolutely gorgeous and brilliant grandson was born on my birthday! (there will be no throwing up here at this comment! ;)).

3. I'm a former dancer and am investigating a company called American DanceWheels so that I can get back to it. (I can barely walk anymore so I have all the assistive devices to help me get around. I do, too!)

2. I have MS, and accept the fact that it is just part of life; like gravity, it just IS.

3. I am absolutely amazed each day when I awake next to the most amazing woman in the world.

I am just glad to be here because there is so much to do, and you are all great company.;)

1. My bf and I are renovating a victorian row house built in 1897 and living (and working) in it at the same time - Did anyone see The Money Pit?

2. I ran 7 marathons, was training for my eigth when I was sidelined by MS.

3. I've been d:ooing the Swank MS diet for exactly 21 days and I am already soooo bored with it. :o

2. Married since 2003, but we’ve been together since 1996 – longest
engagement in history! Oh, and we went on our honeymoon before we
officially married. :D

I am addicted to redsox baseball and any other sport my children play.:)

2. I have a son 24 and a daughter 22 and they are two of my favorite people. Hopefully I'm one of theirs...

3. Wow...I love to watch birds...and feed them.

I have a beautiful, happy, smart 6 yearold little girl.

I think a smile and a kind word are the 2 most powerful things anyone can do in this world!

1. I have been on a continual 20+ year quest to get organized but still waste at least a few hours a week looking for things. :eek:
2. I visited the Soviet Union a few years before the collapse
3. I am right-handed but throw with my left hand

(And I can STILL pick up things with my toes and STILL never had short hair in my life. :D)
