Hello for those of you who know me howdy, Yesterday the mortg was redone on my house It is offical I will not lose house. Finally, thank you to all who helped cheer me up and supported me during the last two months, again thank you

YA HOO, Frank ... you are in control ... watch the rates ... in 6 months you maybe able to refi again ... they will be going down in spring ... but you'll have to wait until June/July to drop it to a lower rate .. (sorry - that's just my tax mind talking!)
