Westminster countdown!
 

Woo hoo! It's almost that time of year again when my absolute favorite television program comes on. The Westminster Kennel Club dog show!

YAY! If you haven't seen it before, I guarantee 2 evenings of so much smiling!

Well, okay, so I'm starting a little early, LOL, but it helps remind me that it's coming up.

February 11 and 12. The 132nd show!

I *love* watching the Westminster show too! Have been watching it for about 25 years:p I will be one unhappy camper if our cable company ever decides to drop USA Network from the line-up*lol*

My favorite groups to watch are Sporting & Hounds. My family always roots for our favorite breeds to win.

Wow Gypsy, you've been watching it for sure as long as I have! Isn't that show just awesome? I swear to god, I smile the entire time the show is on. Those dogs just love to show off!

My absolute favorite win over the last few years was a black and white papillon! The crowd went nuts when he took his perfect stand during his turn. He was absolutely awesome.

I just love all of them!

Here's my favorite winner that was in 1999. Is he not super adorable? He KNEW he was a winner. Feast your eyes on the precious little guy!

I remember Kirby! While I love all dogs, I'm partial to aire-dales. *grin

I love ALL the dogs. I want one of every kind - I love those great big giant dogs - Newfies, Pyranees, Mastiffs...

I adore that toy Poodle Vickie. I had one and just seeing Vickie reduces me to tears every time.

I know, those little doggies are so darned cute!

I have to say that the promo commercials for the Westminster DOg show that been great and funny! I lovethe dog with the long hair blowing in the wind.

I'll be watching next week ;)

I think the Agility courses are on Animal Planet tonight at 9, if anyone is interested.

OKAY! It's here! February 11!

I am SO psyched for this programming. And, I am SO glad I went and looked at the schedule. I was freaking out because WWE wrestling mania comes on USA only 1 hour after the start of Westminster. Turns out...Westminster apparently is switching channels part way through this first night.

:holysheep: There must be some diehard WWE fans out there to overtake Westminster, the nerve. :D
