Please pray for Arkansas
We've had some severe storms this afternoon and tonight. Some are still going on.
Many towns are destroyed. 3 fatalities so far. The pictures are starting to come in and the damage is bad. I was lucky. We had some hail and strong winds but no tornado. Went through quickly. Many towns do not even have communication. Please keep our state in your prayers. DAY |
Hi, Day...
I will certainly give a prayer for the people of your state. I hadn't heard of those storms yet. I once experienced a tornado at home myself, and I know how frightening they can be, both for an individual and a community, too. God bless you, and I wish all the best.

HI DAY! PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU ARE IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS TONIGHT AS ARE THE PEOPLE OF ARKANSAS!
|
You and every one in Arkansas will be in my prayers. I hope the weather calms soon.

6 or 7 confirmed dead now. They say they will not really know much until morning. It's dark and there is no power. Power lines are down everywhere.
This is so sad. So many are injured and missing. Emergency services cannot even get to the people for all the damage. The scenes on TV are unbelievable. My heart goes out to these towns and people. I'm sure the morning light will show more of how bad it is. DAY |
I will continue my prayers for all....my heart hurts for you, Day...your post is so sad....
|
I've been praying since I heard the news earlier. We never know, do we?

I saw the pictures on GMS this morning and it's just devastating. My heart goes out to those people and all the families that have been affected by this storm. Like B2Y said - we just never know.....

this horrible weather. My son and daughter-in-law live in Kentucky. They had wind damage to their property but Thank God no one was hurt. :circlelove: Jappy (joyce) :grouphug: |

My prayers hitching on here for all that were and are in the path of this ugly weather system.
was about a year ago we in Florida had a tornado rip through parts of our state last feb. in fact. The tornado riped apart half my neighbor hood. i heard it and seen the dark monster the next street over we were all in bathroom huddled together hoping for the best.for weeks we helped one another with food and clothes and housing. I have many prayers going up for all those affected. and my heart feels for those left to rebuild and carry on. May they do so with the strength, kindness and healing of God . and from strangers like us praying and caring to do so. :grouphug: Peace BMW |
Prayers going up for all to be safe. This is just such awful news.
