Good morning....woke up to some snow but they claim it will be 57 one day next week so it should all melt.

Still trying to diet here, still no scale. :rolleyes: (Looks around yard. *grin)

Breakfast: South Beach diet cereal w/almonds and yogurt. V8 juice.

Just popping in to say Hi and I got to get to my baking. Going to a anniversay party this afternoon.

Well Shelley it's called Luscious Chocolate Desert. It's made by layers. fFirst is a crust with pecans nuts, butter, & flour & bake/ then chream cheese& powered sugar & cool whip/ then layer of perpared chocolate pudding/ then more cool whip with choped pecans and chill.

i gotta go about time for another layer.

You can eat that low carb high fiber bread from natures own. and the tortillas that are carb controlled mission makes those.

I thought if you washed it prior to 24 hours some of the perm can wash out and relax it a bit. I know whats it like when a hair appt does not turn out like you want.

Ok Ok Alffe I think I am better now. Off to get some apple slices and peanut butter :mad: Would rather have some of Billie dessert. Maybe I will try hiding in her frig :p

Oh and did I tell you guys Mom sent me an Easter care package with her home made fudge, orange choccy easter candy from this candy shop in town and my fave chip dip which they only make at home. Guess she did not hear me when I said I was on a diet.

Best part was she tucked in a pic of Easter flowers from FTD. Thats my mom, never subtle. She's happy now the flowers were just delivered. :D

Shell are you taking the cinnimon caplets? Billie says they curb her craving for sweets. I never craved sweets but am taking them in the hope that they'll cure my craving for bread and potatoes. So far they haven't.

First I'd go back and tell the beautician to take care of the cut and
problem. It should be like you want it for the price you pay.

I'm working to get to the beautician so I can get a perm before DC.

By the way, I had a house of company, and a great time. We had
pizza, but I was good one piece. And it was allmost all my family.

My mom, 2 sisters, a brother-in-law and then all my grandkids and
a son.

Yes Shelley, but only one bite! Sugar is nasty for you. Thats why I am not bringing any home with me. I am still working on it, for I left part of it undone to go to a party.
My back is acting up today. It has turned cold here. Only in the thirties. We could get snow Alffe. just when we thing Spring is here, it turns cold again.

Haven't seen courious. She is probably working on eggs for little monkey!

Oh no Alffe she knows I am on diet but who knows with her. :p With me its more I know its there so I want a piece even if I am not craving sugar. I also dont think I drink enough water and sometimes think I am hungry when really my body is like you are thristy stupid :(

I am taking the cinnamon, started em this week. Got em at the whole foods. We dont have a walmart close by.

I also heard that green and white tea is a good appetitie suppressant.

Had a big ham and turkey subway sandwich for lunch packed full of veggies with spicy brown mustard. wonderful!...
Wonder what to have for supper...am hungry now...hubby did not eat much for lunch so am sure he is really hungry.
jsut asked him...we are going to go eat chinese food...a buffet just down the street from. They have fresh brocolli on their mongolian bbq grill. It is just everything else that will tempt me....
