Prayers for stepmom
 

Need prayers for my stepmom.

She is a survivor of breast cancer. Her lymph nodes have been inflammed recently, and during their testing they found some nodules on her thyroid. They are going to schedule her for a biopsy. I talked to her earlier and she said she wasn't afraid and that she thinks they are benign, but you could hear the waiver in her voice.

Please keep her in your thoughts. She's a very special lady.

You got it Finlady! I lost a dear friend to breast cancer. And I have a very close friend who is a survivor! I hope your MIL is ok and the biopsy turns out to be benign. Keep us posted.

I feel so blessed! I was in tears seeing how many of you are praying, but good tears.

OOO gosh fin, cancer of ANY time or any connection to it is such a sad thing for me to hear right now with my son going thru chemo for testicular cancer. That constant fear of "will it return, if so where" I have heard so so many survivors talk of. I pray that the biopsy shows nothing serious, that everythings benign and that it could be something totally unrelated that's causing the enlargement of the lymph nodes.

Update: My stepmom's biopsy is tomorrow morning. They told them it would take about a week to get the results.
