Hey, why not come into the chat rooms? Sometimes it helps to have someone else to share good times with, or vent our problems to.

I popped in today and had a catch up with some very lovely people. :)

chat is fun, especially between two widely spaced areas of the planet.

it was night for me, and afternoon of the NEXT DAY for my chat-pal!

I keep *trying* to get her to tell me the winning lottery numbers, but she always says I didn't win.

and I'm always glad to see that the Spaceship Earth will still be around, tomorrow.

I am sorry I have been remiss in spending time in chat. I have had a lot on my plate lately...between MS and my mom being really sick....it's just been too much. I haven't been spending that much time on the computer.

Whenever I come to the neurotalk, I never see anyone in the chat. Is there a set time when peeople are in there?

your routine is you and your mom and take care of those two first and foremost, dont over do it, try not to,

Two things strike me:

Some of us (me) have a hard time when there are more than two or three in the chat room at once. Sensory overload. Brain freeze. I am more apt to visit for a little while with one or two people. No offense!

The other thing is that it seems as though you need to go to the lounge and just hang out for a few minutes until somebody notices there's someone there! Your little number "1" in the parentheses announce "I'm here and I want to talk!"

Yep, I miss the chats too! I will be gone the entire month of June though, so don't have too much fun without me!!

I've found that if we can schedule specific regular times and days for chat, people are more likely to show up.... So maybe we should start just saying, Hey, regular daily check-in chat for the entire community is 8pm ET every night?

Another little tip Leah. If you look at the top of the page you'll see "Chat Rooms" with a number in it.

At the moment of my typing it says "0". If it were to say "2" or "4" that's the number of people who are in the chat room at the time of my checking.

I hope that makes sense!

If you have time to spare, you could always sign in and be the first one in there. Sometimes others will pop in once they see a number in that bracket......not alway, but sometimes!
