Ok, well, besides romantically with DBF I found my 2nd true love today - an older, candy apple red, corvette!!! It was beautiful. Oh how I would love to take that one out for a ride - top off, wind blowing through my hair, sun shining, and music blaring.

Anyone want to go for a ride? I'll swing by and pick you up - doesn't matter how far because this baby could cruise!

*waves hands wildly* Pick me up!

Ummm, is there room for my crutches?

We'll make room Twink and since you are so close I'll be there in a jiffy. *starting engine, smiling as it roars, getting map out to Utah* OK, I'm ready.:p

Yeah, RW it IS a convertible so there's plenty of room. Maybe after Twink's ride she'll let you use her long flowing scarf. That certainly would go with the star look.

BTW - Scarves sewn together can make some really cool pillows.

I love fast cars. I remember crying when hubby had to sell his Trans Am to make way for his new bike. If it wasn't a stick shift, there would've been no way that baby would've left! But I can't drive stick. :(

So if you swing by my house, I'd love to take a ride in the Vette! :)

I love DBF's corvette and love driving it. It has been a while but man is that car fun.

Well, with Twink driving we were going fast, 120!:eek: And then RW's scarf was flying all over Twink's face while we were driving and Twink was swerving all over the place. It was wild.

And you Fin, taking those curves at 80 through the Rocky Mountains. You're nuts!:D:p

Of course it was fun!!!


Nothing like the sound of the engine when the gas pedal gets tromped!!!!
