I'm on my way to a work shop -- thus I am up early.
This week was tiring and frustrating.
I expect the workshop to be ok.
Then I will come home and nap I hope.

I am doing well, although there is no school today we're hoping that Jackie will do well here with us and play with us in the inflatable pool:


Tomorrow we go shopping with Mother and he's already looking forward to it, but then so do we, Mother and I enjoy getting to visit like that on Saturdays. We will go by the library, Walmart and Wendy's to have a nice lunch. It's the lunch he's looking forward to, but he does pretty well for us generally anyway because he likes to go in stores and shop. :)

That's good you bought another pool. The pool thing seems to work for you guys.

I think I am going to my friend's house for Passover food. This year it is just her and me I think. I have to call and check.
I put off making phone calls even to friends. I wish I could convey what I need through my own thoughts or the air or something.

I have a sinus cold....
I rarely get sick....spent the last hour looking at all of the cold remedies at the store getting confused about what ingrediant does what and such...I jsut bought them all. We should have a variety to use at home right?
Benadryl keeps me up so had to find something to take for nite etc...
blah blah blah

went to an inservice today on diabetes....OMG it is amazing what they are coming up with in regards to treatments. and equipment.
They have an insulin pump that infuses an amount of insulin thru out the day that you can regulate after meals etc. then they have a sensor that actually takes your blood sugars thru out the day and prints out a report to see how your sugars have been over the last day week month etc.
Someday soon these two devices will be hooked up to automatically deliver insulin to fluctuating blood sugars instantly.

I'm afraid to take cold medicine because I can't remember which ones are ok for people with bp.

Hi, Bizi, Mari and Pam and everyone else as they check in

We are having a small warm wave. Just small, today it was cold again.
But hey I'll take it.

It seems my weeks just seem to run together. I finally had a couple
good ones. Now back to bad. Its been painful this week. I have
no way of knowing. I had neck xrays on Wednesday, and then
they scheduled a MRI for yesterday, because arthritis I didn't know
I had was changed. The one word I didn't like degenerative change.

So now it looks like I'm waiting for more news. Also heard that I'm
getting more scheduled testing by pulmonist in Indy. Seems the
idiot in Lafayette, didn't do things right. And so I was right.

Hello It is sunday....
Yesterday My girl friend has an 18 month old girl and she is really cute and fun to be around when she is not sick that is....yesterday she went from crying and not letting me hold her to playing with me in the blink of an eye....very moody but she was sick!
Still I still am fighting a cold but think I am on the mend!!!!!so will try to stay inside even though it is a beautiful day....maybe do a bit of low key yard work....need to have another cup of coffee and get on with the day....do something productive.
I think I was on the computer 10 hours this weekend...I don't do well when my hubby is away....he will be back from his fishing trip tonight.

WEll I hope that you will enjoy the day what ever that will bring.
maybe all of those guests were spybots?

Hi Bizi

Hoping the hubby gets home safely from his fishing trip. I took Derrick
to his bowling party. He had a great time and so did I watching the
kids with special needs bowl. And some of their parents.

I also had the job of handing out the coupons to the kids or parents
that wanted to get pops. And then we had one young man that
went outside and his step mom was having trouble getting him
back inside. I know the family has been having problems with him.

So I had offered to go out and give it a try. I finally got him back
inside with the offer of a pop. Dad wasn't too happy, but htat
is just to bad. His comment was the boy was putting on a belly.

Well its the meds he takes. SO step mom and I decided to tell
him the boy had a diet pop. Made the boy happy.

Hi everyone. Yesterday I laid out in the sun and washed clothes. Today I am cleaning house.

WE had Bass for supper and it was delicious!
