The judge said...
 

After waiting for four years to get an answer on the SSDI, finally getting a hearing the 16th of April..waiting on a letter from the judge.

I received his decision 8 days after the hearing...

It big ole black letters, at the very top of the page, just above all the legal mumbo jumbo was written......




FULLY APPROVED

yeah, I know I could have just told ya...but it wouldn't have been as much fun as keeping on the edge of yer seat!! He went all the way back to April 2004 when I first applied, how cool is that Judge!!

Glad to hear our government finally took care of what should have been done long ago. I just hope that your private disability plan will have to give you at least $100.00 every month after the SSDI!! They at least came in handy when you needed them!

Yes, this was definitely prayed over by many people, great vibes given...
one friend even told me he was gonna give me his MoJo...

I told him that was ok...since I didn't know where it had been, he could just wish me well! lol

My LTD will still have to pay 375.00 a month along with my SSDI...I might have to pay them back...but they still gotta pay until past 2020. They have been paying the full amount since October of 2004 for LTD and April of 2004 for short term...which I don't have to pay back according to my previous employer.

Ever wonder why you pay a premium and then have to pay it back? What if you never used it, think they gonna give your premium back? Not in my lifetime anyway.

Thankful it is all over and went well.

Whatever you find out momma let me know since my momma is on STD and later LTD. The downside? She does lose her insurance once she goes to LTD and her job can release her. I had no idea they could do that legally but apparently if she cannot work the job, they can let her go with no insurance. Yep, she paid and is now going to pay again. :-(
