Animal Rescue Site Needs Clicks
Animal Rescue
Hi, all you animal lovers. This is pretty simple... Please tell ten friends to tell ten today! The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals. It takes less than a minute (how about 20 seconds) to go to their site and click on the purple box 'fund food for animals' for free. This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of dai ly visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising. Here's the web site! Click and consider passing it on. . |
Great idea...whatever I can do to help...my daughter has two wonderful dogs that she rescued...
|
Oh...
I sort of like the purple hat with the foot prints on it.
I think I'll get one of those...that should help even more? |
Can we visit and click more than once per day? If so, I'll be clicking away all day!! :D
|
Thanks for the reminder!
I used to do that every day and got out of the habit. Note that there are other tabs for breast cancer, child hunger, etc., that you can do the same thing for on the page, right above where you click for the pets. Thanks very much. |
Yes the Animal Rescue Site is a wonderful way of supporting these dear creatures without leaving the comforts of home. I click several times per day - just gives me a warm feeling inside. They also have a quite unique store for online shopping; prices are reasonable and this money also contributes to the welfare of the animals. I have purchased anything from a pair of socks to a raincoat. Please note however, their women's sizes run small but there is a chart guide for each clothing item. Give it a try - put a smile in your heart & theirs(the aminals)!!

My nephew was mauled just a few weeks ago by a young pit bull whose owner let run loose. My nephew was playing outside on his big-wheel, bothering no one. My brother in law had to crawl between the pit bull and my nephew to get the dog off of my nephew. He's doing ok but wants nothing to do with any dogs---not even on tv. He freaks and starts screaming when he even hears a dog bark. (I know not all pits are bad..... I just have never seen one that wasn't agressive.) |

My daughter adopted a pit when she was in college, and she is so wonderful with her little boy (my grandson). She's trained extremely well and is friendly to everybody, including other dogs and cats! I hate how they're portrayed in the media! :( I click every day ever since my brother sent me this site. :) |
I have clicked today! :)

Wow... major dog bites are very scary.
In our neighborhood, a grandmother tripped over an English sheepdog, and it turned around and bit her in the neck and killed her. This legal problem went on for 3 years (the family fought the city which wanted to put the dog down).
Imagine the rest of the family could keep a dog that killed Grandma? Well the compromise was struck... the dog was allowed to live, but without its fangs. Then at work, a nurse friend of mine was mauled by her Akita, by accident. It jumped up at her face ostensibly to play and it bit her lower jaw and ripped her lip off... which she was in shock and didn't realize. Her friends (they were all at a picnic) rushed her to the hospital, and she had to have extensive plastic surgery to repair it. Her brother took the dog to the vet, who said to put it down immediately since once they taste human blood, they will do it again. So the dog is history. I also had a patient was was mauled in the face by a Rottie. It was not a pretty sight, and she was having recurrent infections from the bite which went from one ear across her whole lower jaw/face. So it is not only pit bulls. I myself, am very nervous around large dogs. I was bitten on the foot/leg, when I was 4 just sitting on my G-mothers porch. A dog ran across from the other side of the street for no reason and attacked me. I'll never forget that...! I guess this is why we have cats? |
