Well, there are houses for sale. If you stay off the lake they are cheaper. The lake houses are going for about $375,000-1 million+. :eek:

We live a block from the lake but we drive to the handicap dock because it's easier for Jim. We had the association fix it up to ADA guidelines and it's perfect now. ;) Did I mention it has shade? :D
