Not sure anyone will remember me ....
Hello everyone! :Wave-Hello:
I miss reading the boards ... I didn't post much before but popped in to read everyday. Reading about stalkings, adventures etc. :D Things have been so busy, seems I don't know if I'm coming or going. I miss having people who really understand. I've started Tysabri. My dad and daughter have both been in the hospital. My aunt, who I am very close to, had a knee replacement (she was already in poor health). I'm preparing to take my kids on vacation. Am I able? NO ... but I'm determined to do these things with them while I still can. I want them to have these memories. But I know what it will do to me and while I'm looking forward to going with them part of me is dreading it. Anyway ... not sure anyone will remember me. Just wanted to say hi and I miss checking in. Hope everyone is doing well. |
Hi Duvabw. Absolutely I remember you:hug: Sorry to hear about your dad and daughter. I hope they are alright.
Glad you checked in. Hopefully a vacation will do you good. Good luck and keep us posted. |

I hope your Dad and daughter are doing better. Good luck with TY. There is a sticky dedicated just for people on TY....wasn't sure if you had seen it or not. I'm not on it but I know there are several here that are and having good results. Take care!! :) |
Hiya Duvab! Of course you're remembered! Nice to see you back.:D

Welcome back!! Amy, right? :) I remember you, even if I don't have your name right! :D ;)
Good luck with your Tysabri treatment, I hope you're one of the lucky ones who gets some improvement in symptoms! |

|
Hi, Amy! I remember you! Glad you came!!!:)
|
Great to see you posting Amy! So sorry about the family but glad that you are going to do what you want, that's the spirit! Check in when you can, it's always good to see familiar "faces."
|
I remember you!!! Thanks for posting an update. You have been through a lot lately!
I hope you have a great time on your vacation! You deserve it. We want an update and pictures when you get back. |
Excooze me?
Just what makes you think we'd forget you and yer cute little birdie?
Welcome back! You are among friends here, so check in every now and again, would ya? We worry about you! So sorry about your troubles, Amy. :( I hope your Dad, DD and Aunt are all doing much better. That has to be so draining on you. Very happy you and the kids get to go on vacation! When I find myself dreading something that I must do, I play the "what's the worst that could happen" game with myself. Once I've identified my fears and figured out how I can solve those situations should they arise, it gives me the courage to tread into unknown territory. I expect you'll be able to look back and marvel at how wonderful and "worth it" the whole experience was. Please come back and tell us about it, K? :) |
I'm the one, who doesn't remember you..:D I'm still glad you joined us though....Welcome!!!

So glad to be back! :)
We leave on the 20th, a lot to do to get ready before then. We will get back home on the 29th and my next Tysabri infusion is scheduled for the 30th. Thanks for the words of encouragement! I'm going to do my best to enjoy our vacation and not worry about all the ... "I know what this will do to me" ... "I'm gonna pay for this" ... etc until I get home. I've missed you guys! I'll be popping in as much as I can. Take care. |
Waaaaaaaaaaait!!
I remember you! Hope all is going well with Tysabri! How many infusions so far? Any improvements? TELL! We have a Tysabri check in thread at the top of the MS section here. Please feel free to stop in and tell folks your story! It helps all of us to know what other's experiences are with Tysabri. I'm sure you will recognize a lot of folks there as well as on all the other forums here at NT. Good to see you here! Come back during and after vacation and bring all scenic pics so we can go too! We live and vacation vicariously through our friends! |
I remember you! Good to see you. Have fun on vacation but try to rest when you can.

Hi Amy! Glad to see you back! I've missed your ever changing colorful birdie and your posts. Sorry about all the "stuff'' going on w/you, but that's all the more reason to come and post more. It's therapeutic to vent and get it out.

I survived! ... Vacation that is. Not sure vacation is the right word when traveling anywhere with 3 kids and other family members.
My camera broke a few days before we left. My kids brought it to me ... but of course no one knows what happened to it. A family member loaned me a camera for vacation ... I'm still trying to figure out how to get the pictures from the camera to my computer. The kids had a blast on vacation ... which was my goal. Momma is worn out! Things have been a bit crazy since we got home. My daughter found me in the floor having a seizure. It breaks my heart that she witnessed it but I am so proud of her! She has many medical and learning issues but she made the right phone calls ... got my dad and he got an ambulance. The ER doc doubled my anticonvulsant (and gave me some other meds) and now I'm waiting to hear from my MS Spec to find out what adjustments need to be made to my meds. My oldest daughters birthday is this weekend. I'm hoping to convince her to celebrate next weekend. I'm just not up to having a bunch of kids over right now. Hope everyone has a nice holiday weekend! Will check in again when I feel up to it. |
Glad you survived the "family vacation"!! :) Sounds like you had a good time....now it's time to recover!

I understand the whole siezure issue. My first one (a doozy) I dislocated my shoulder and lost a contact lens. My whole family was there. I hope you can get the right combo of meds working for you. It certainly is scary. But you must be so proud of your daughter for her quick response. Enjoy your 4th and rest up.'s |
