How long are they planning on having you hooked up?

I go in Monday the 6th. I have heard 2-7 days and 3-10 days - so in short, I have no clue how long I will be there! :D

Man, this just blows to put it straight out there. I have to buzz them to go pee, except they take 5 minutes to show up. Normally, if you have to go you have to go, waiting is an option - but a burden nonetheless.

I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and try to make it clear to them, the head wrap is too tight on my forehead along with the electrode itself, it is literally digging into my face. I'm not really very happy, I'd be full of it if I even said I liked the view.

I maybe have another day left in me, beyond that - I doubt I will be able to stay here. This stinks.

Awwww biggest of hugs to you. I hate that one on the face too. That's the one that sat Mikey off. When they pulled it off, the tape was in his sideburn and boy did it hurt.

I know this is difficult sweetie, but think of all the valuable information they are getting from your wonderful brain! Think of all the people, besides your wonderful self that you are helping!

I think I got it added right! They kept me up till 3am then woke me up at 6am, I have no clue what I'm doing I am so tired. :(

I also at one point forgot I was being recorded and called this place everything BUT a hospital.

I found my 'mean' bone, and it lacks any control. At this rate, I wont be blogging about my VEEG until I get home. I plan to be honest, but how I am right now - I don't know if I can control my language. They took my meds, my sleep, my food, etc. Plus quitting smoking on top of it.

I didn't know I could be so mean! I'm impressing myself, hah.

They did move the electrode on my head after I finally broke down in tears and said to move it or I was checking out AMA.

They fail to realize what triggers Trigeminal Neuralgia and didn't seem to care that something was making me sit here in the most extreme pain while they tell me to 'rough it'. Roughing it is peeing without toilet paper in the woods, having your face shocked when it would take someone less than 1 minute to prevent it is not roughing it, it is dealing with pain that you shouldn't have to.

I'm pretty PO'd still. I need a taser gun, and then shoot at people who think it's easy to 'brush off' trigeminal neuralgia.

Zap them once, then say "brush it off, weaksauce!!"

Yeah, I'm still in a mean mood. I want to go home, I lost count on the number of times I cried. I'm either crying or complaining. Maybe tomorrow I'll find a medium.

Props to any VEEG survivors. I'm checking myself out tomorrow evening (we made an agreement). They now have Keppra IV, so since I was yanked off, I have to be put on the IV tomorrow before I can go home (AMA).

I was not prepared for this, and I plan to give you all the best description once I get home and unleash some of this rage (by that, I mean I plan to smoke at least once. I earned it).

Sorry I haven't posted much, I'm kinda emotional. I"m either cursing or crying. Hah! :eek:
