My Annual Check-up

Good news!!!! I will live another year, I think...:D My Doc called yesterday with the results of my blood tests and yeaaaaaaaa...my chlorestral went down 20 pts to 180 something, and everything else is, also, okie dokie.:)

I guess those Promise Super Shots, really do work,, Frank....They sure worked for you and me..;) The good news is, I didn't have to cut out my Chocky Chip cookies, to do it..:p

My Doc said he was proud of me and to keep doing what you're doing....Oh, I got my Flu shot. DD was with me and he balled her out, for not getting one for herself and all her Kids...HeHe...I think she's going to get them, now..:cool:

So, I'll see him next year and you all too, I hope..:hug:

Yea Sally!!! That's always good news! I think I'm going to try those Super Shots, too. Can't hurt.....might help.

They are called Promise Activ Super Shots....a little yogurt drink with a special ingredient that helps to lower your cholestrol.....You can in it in most grocery stores (different flavors). I am also using the Promise Active Butterlike spread...also cholestrol lowering.

It seems to have done the trick, becauseI didn't do anything else to lower my cholestrol.

That's my major problem my Cholesterol. Taking meds for it
but it is still not going down that fast. I eat right. The dr. thinks it
is an inhereited problem.
