Watchout for those holes....
Chapter One
I walk down the street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I fall in. I am lost...I am helpless. It isn't my fault. It takes forever to find a way out. Chapter Two I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I pretend I don't see it. I fall in again. I can't believe I am in this same place. But it isn't my fault. It still takes a long time to get out. Chapter Three I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I see it is there. I still fall in...it's a habit...but, It is my fault. I get out immediately. Chapter Four I walk down the same street. There is a deep hole in the sidewalk. I walk around it. Chapter Five I walk down another street. |
....watching very carefully, and stepping slowly, but moving forward :D that gaping hole is scary... having been there more than once....I hope to help others out, and then avoid as well....:grouphug:

Sounds like my life...

{{{{Tammi}}}}....when you fall into a hole here....look up, you will see your angel friends reaching for you, putting down ladders, shining the light, whatever it takes.....we love you...:grouphug: ...and that ole hippie too.

Leaving for nyc today and I wanted to reread this because I think this trip will be very revealing for me about my "ability" to adapt and perhaps a warning about new "holes in my sidewalk".
Not sure how much computer time I will have but wanted to leave you all a hug and my trust that you'll take good care of each other.:grouphug: |
I miss dear mistiis.
p.s. watch out for the stones in the shoes. ;) |

Big holes
I'm afraid I find myself in the middle of a LARGE, DEEP, DARK, HOLE with only a plastic childs shovel to dig.
Problem is.... the more I dig, the further down it is, that I fall. Growing more tired as the holes grow larger & closer together. :( Abbie |
((( Abbie )))
Awww Abbie - I know where you're walking and how tired and far away sunshine is. I stop walking for awhile. I just sit very still between those sucking holes until I can catch my breath. I hope you can too. |
Oh Abbie
With that plastic shovel, may you successfully carve chinks by which to escape the holes. Been there, done that, one painful chink at a time until at last I could stand in the light once more.
In the here and now, know you are receiving hugs and prayers from afar, Mark56:hug: |

Are you "enjoying" this snow and bitter cold?? Waiting for the plow here...Mike shoveled some but it was pointless. I'm stalling on bundling up and going out to fill the bird feeders but those jays are getting loud! More hugs. :grouphug: |
Alffe......we only have the bitter cold, no snow----not a flake.

sending hope, love, good thoughts...
