Time for a Topamax Trip
Ok I know alot of you remember the infamous Topamax trip we took a couple of years ago and I think it is time for another. BUT.....this time I am driving to pick everyone up! The last time we let Mark do the driving and well...we just don't have time to be stopping at every plastic surgery place along the way. Our destination is Hawaii...gotta see my Dana. Can we drive there? God, I need mapquest. So, anyone ready to go with me? We need a Partridge Family bus, all of our drugs and some munchies. Who is with me? And Mark.............PLEASE.....contain yourself with some dignity please. You can bring the red wig but I AM THE BLONDE HERE :D
lOVE DEB.....i NEED A VACATION!!! |
Me Me Me!!!
I wanna go!! Pleeeassseee!!! I won't say a word I promise!! NOT!!!! :D Can I bring stuff with me? Please can I? I'll bring dress up clothes and we'll have fun pretending to be people who don't have RSD! LOL!!
Gosh we haven't Topamax Tripped in a long time! But no fighting this time and I mean it. Hey wait!! Did we fight last time? Hmmm. Deb help me out with that one. OOOOO!!! Fun Fun Fun!!! I want to stand on top of the bus too while it's moving!!! 'I'M THE KING OF THE WORLD'!!!! Mark :D :D :D |
OK, OK, exciting!! - I'm coming! And I'm not blonde :p !
But I'll have to catch u up - it's past 1 am here, I've really been feeling yucky today, struggling-through-molasses type of feeling, all day.....so I'm gonna git some shuteye. Someone be sure to grab some of that yummy Thanksgiving food I keep seeing in US films - couple of those pies, few drumsticks...baked yams..ham - I *love* good ham (hey, what do I know? I'm a Brit, we don't have Thanksgiving, just Christmas :D)... So...night night, see you all later! HTG!! |
If you're in the area swing by the midwest and get me... I'm not to far from Chicago. Hawaii sounds good...but... how we gonna float the bus??? Maybe we can rig it up like chitty-chitty bang-bang so that it will float or fly!!!:D :D :D
|
All Figured It
Don't worry all. Me and Deb have done this trip before. This bus can fly, float, go under water, you name it. It will be a rush. And we will pick everyone up!! NO ONE will be left behind. We will even go to the UK and Japan!!!
Artist - Please feel better! xoxo Mark :) |
No Mark we didnt fight last time....but if you want we can this time:D That ought to be real funny....all of us with RSD fighting....Jerry Springer here we come. I guess we could swing by that show...wear the red wig tho...it turns me on:p I guess we had better ask Dana if we are welcome. Oh heck, let's surprise her. And yeah, this bus floats so no worries there. But Mark, please keep your hands (and other body parts) inside the bus!!!!
|
Do I have to take icky ole Topamx to go along????
ROFL...........I can't take Topamax...well I can, but I end up way out in LA LA Land. Just ask Hope *LOL* or even Josie or Kari they remember me & Topamax. My hubby won't like it if I take it tho even if for the trip *LOL* Cause last time I screamed at him in the middle of WalMart...............so if ok can I just forgo the Topamax???? please can I stillllll go??? HUH? HUH? HUH?????? I just don't wanna end up thrown off the bus for getting mean eventually after all the funnies in the middle of the ocean on our way to Hawaii...I can swim but not that far & they tell me the Pacific Ocean water is brrrrrrrrrrrrr cold cold cold.....I don't like cold............it hurts................LOL
DebbyV |
No Deb, you don't have to take Topamax:p I am not on it either anymore...but I still take a slew of drugs....crazy as hell now. So I figure with all of our mood swings, it will be quite the trip. I will remember to take my hormones with me tho...don't want no mustache. So welcome aboard, and I need all the help I can get trying to keep Mark in line. He is quite a handful you know. I think I am gonna steal his wig tho:D
|
can I come too??..
I am up in Canada on the west coast... on Vancover island and I realy realy do need to go south for a bit... an if your goin where it is warm you can count me in like flyn..
We have had nothing but rain and storms it seems this fall an it's already too cold for me here.... usta be a snow bunny couldnt wait.. now I shudder in wait.. lol I do love road trips an I know all the rules for most any trip.. I fly sail and ride you know I would/could very easily just vacate the north for awhile this winter for real... hmm now you got me thinking hmm.. ohh and I too do not recomend swimming in these oceans please... they are cold.. I used to as a child (sigh), but the air outside is a continuouse drizzle right now, and when it is not pooring there are beautiful sunny breaks that we can see through the sprinkles like little colorful gems. hmm could be makin up for the 3 month drought this summer methinks. Come get me please and I can watch for places to vacation or to relocate to if only in my mind at first.. but I realy don't have a good winter here anymore and could use some distraction and good company. Soft hugs all around... and I will bring the antioxidents ohh an I got a blue wig ifn you wanna wear it, its punky Sandra |
Come on get Happy!
Ok everybody, I'll be waiting for you. But...remember we have a lot of shaking, rattling and rolling going on over here! We did have another big Earthquake here again today. Gobble Gobble Gods not very nice to us. Actually we had 5 Aftershocks! But all were under 3.0 except for 1 nice big 5.0, which hit at 9:20AM this morning. No tsunami was generated but they civil defense has warned everybody to stay out of the water again.
So if you can put up with the everlasting moving earth, and the gentle swaying...then, I welcome you to our lovely islands with open arms. Debbie, Welcome back! I've missed your posts. Please be sure to tie Mark down, I would like him to come in in one piece, including wig. I'll have all a complete welcome party waiting for you including Hula dancers, and Lei's for all. k. get your minds out of the gutter. That's flower lei. With aloha, Dana |
Mark is going to be ducted taped to the passenger seat:p Don't trust him as far as I can throw him...and that is not far. I am having hand surgery Dec 4th but I am still gonna do the driving K? It will be a wild ride. We are all going to dress up outrageously and sing loudly...well all except Mark. Everyonce in a while I will put him on the top of the bus in his best attire (including dress and heels) and will walk him at every rest stop:D So let us get this trip planned. Still waiting for other members to sign up. Duct tape optional............

I swung over to Shirley Jones house and after a few.... no...quite a few cocktails and a few bars on the peeanner of Oklahoma, I finally got her drunk enough to..NO! don't be gross I didn't do that. God you guys.
I stole her wheels. Sheeesh! Check out the attachment. Lets hit the road!!! Mark - The Road Master!!! :D :D |

and as long as someone else is going to be walking mark at every rest stop i think im set haha anna |
Welcome aboard Anna! We need someone young in case I have one of my "spells" and someone needs to drive that bus!! And A DEVILED EGG COSTUME????????????? jeesh:eek: Between you and Mark I just don't know:p Bring those brownies too and I will bring my beloved pop-tarts...gotta have pop-tarts:D
|
Oh and Mark...thanks for borrowing the bus...LOVE IT. But don't think Mr that just because you found it means you are driving:cool: But I need to learn to open the door on buses:confused: I don't know how to use that dealy that swings the door open. Blonde you know. And I thought about this and you will be sitting behind me...oh God.....you will NOT make faces in front of my face and behind my back....this time you will BEHAVE. (cAN i BORROW YOUR CLOTHES?????) I love youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
|
Hell, Mark's got the Partridge Pineapple Express Bus all loaded up, I see.
I think you all need to take a drivers test to see WHO has the capabilities to drive the bus across freeway, winding roads, climb mountains, plow through snow and flow through oceans and have the bus and have everybody arrive safely and still with their "cents" of humor! I think all you need is music! Happy Travels.... |
Don't forget me!! I wanna come too!!!
Don't forget me!! Gotta swing on down to the Heart of Dixie to pick me up. I'll be sure to bring the grits and okra so that Liz can try them. LOLOL...and no...Mark...you can't throw them. At least not IN the bus. Might be fun to throw OUT of it, though. Grits are pretty sticky...and orka is pretty slimy if you boil it (Yucky that way too...it is best Fried, like most Southern Food. LOLOL). We can make a grit-orka patty/sloppy thing, and throw it out the window at people that act ugly to us on the road....when Debby isn't looking, that is. ;) LOLSnort (oops..dang it. I am still working on that. Heh)
I don't have any wigs or costumes....but I do have my fencing stuff? Want me to bring that? Or...What else? I don't know what to bring?? I am a good cook...I can cook stuff other than the gross stuff (although grits can be good..) I already talked about. Oh..and make up. I have LOTS of make up! We all wear a fair amount down here (throw back from the Southern Belle thing, I guess. Don't ask me; I am transplanted LOL)...and I also have lots of left over Halloween make up from when I had to do the Zombie thing for Jay and the Band kids. Will that do? I could make us up to look like Zombies or Southern Belles...or...Uh...Ladies of the Night. Or, ZOMBIE Southern Belles or Ladies of the Night! :D ROFLSNORT!!!!! (Dang it! Sorry. Ouch. Heh) Or..Zombie Fencers? LOL...Hmmmm. Would be kinda hard to see, underneath the mask and all....but, we could leave that off. (Hmmmmm. I think that I am in a weird mood....lol) I am also good at telling stories, for it folks start to get board, or acting up....or whatever. :rolleyes:LOL, like you all need me to tell you that. I either keep folks entertained, or put them to sleep. LOL. I have a million "Car Games" too. Anyway...would that do? Can I come? Plllleeeeaaaaassssseeeeee??? Pretty Please with sugar on top? And a cherry (or berry of your choice.... LOL)?:) I am confused about one thing though: Will Mark be bringing his grass skirt and cocoanut bra? If he does, will he be standing up on top of the car/bus (remember, we ran out of room last time, and wound up with a couple of different vehicles at least, lol) again? If he does, can we PLEASE make sure that whatever vehicle he is in DOES NOT have a sun roof this time? Or, that he ...ah......er......well.....has something on under there? Shorts at least? I mean, a grass shirt is not exactly the same as a kilt, you know! :o ROFLMAO..Grass skirts let in much more light...and they blow around a WHOLE lot more. Let's just say....not a lot left to the imagination, if you are riding in the car with the sun roof when Mark gets the urge to do the hula on top of the car while it is going! ROFLSNORT!!! (OUCH! Dang it! Ouch. Uh....Sorry. lol) I hope that I didn't miss being able to go...and that I still can. Does anyone one know if the bus has left yet, or when it will, & when folks are supposed to be expecting to be picked up...and where? Dang....if I get to go...I guess I have to try to tell you all WHERE, right? Sheesh....and I get lost in a paper sack..... Mark...what ARE you going to wear? :o LOL ((hugs)) Jose (*whispering PS to Mark - I'll help you make faces in the mirror at Debbie..I got some good ones that are guaranteed to make folks laugh. I'll also see if I can borrow Jay's whoopie cushions [yes, he has more than one, and the sound different!]...and maybe we can think up some other stuff too? LOL! Just let me know..K? ;) Just...SSSHHHH about it. ((hugs)) Sneaky Jose:p ) |
I heard that Jose!!!! I will be keeping my eye on both you and Mark....I can see right now who the trouble makers are gonna be:rolleyes: And I may have to duct tape you too...that is kinda weird...a ladie of the night being duct-taped:p But I LOVE grits and okra!!! Bring em so I can eat them with my poptarts!
We havent left yet...too many people to make reservations still. So keep on planning and Jose....what kinda car games are there to play? I'm afraid to ask:eek: Keep on plannin..there is still time k? Glad you are on board! But BEHAVE:cool: |
Oh, Jose dont worry, i have PLENTY of costumes if you need to borrow one. This year im a senior, and your senior year during homecoming week you dress up everyday. I have 5 very very nice costumes haha. I have a shiny silver Toga (complete with ivy garland for your hair), a deviled egg costume (which is just a big fried egg costume that you wear devil horns with lol) a sexy construction worker costume (i got sent to the principal's office for that one... apparently wearing short shorts in october is against the dress code or something....... but i got away with it anyways hahaha) oh, and one of the days i was a "Career Woman" aka... a prostitute. But don't fret, its tradition we have one whole day entitled "Pimp and Ho" day. now i hope you guys dont think im some sort of trampy lil thing, it was only one day out of the year i PROMISE lol
oh, and bring on the poptarts, i eat one brown sugar and cinnamon one everyday in my third hour, Art Metals. i had to throw my last one out though because i got copper shavings on it, and well, i dont think that would have tasted very scrumdiddlyumptious.... anna |
I Like Strawberry Milkshake PopTarts!!!
QUOTE FROM JOSE'S POST!!! "Grits are pretty sticky...and orka is pretty slimy if you boil it (Yucky that way too...it is best Fried, like most Southern Food. LOLOL). We can make a grit-orka patty/sloppy thing, and throw it out the window at people that act ugly to us on the road....when Debby isn't looking, that is. "

Debby
You can bring your Capn Crunch! What was so funny about Jose's post to me was how she spelt Okra! Orka! I think that is a Killer Whale? Shoot with that on the bus there won't be any room for us or real food! ROTFLMSHO!!!!
When I was a kid I would only eat the cereals that had toys in them! It always thrilled my Mom to have to buy the more expensive cereals just so I could have a stupid toy! And of course it was ritual to open it for the first time, dumping it all into a huge bowl just so I could get the toy rather than waiting!! Now mind you the cereal usually was already fortified with 200 lbs of sugar and I always had to add 40 scoops more. And my Mom was always thrilled with me bouncing of the walls the rest of the day destroying the house on a sugar high! I guess I have been dealing with addictions all of my life!! :D :D This trip is is going to have us all tripping!!! OoooWeeeeee!!!! Mark :) |
*LOL* Tripping more ways than one that is for sure *ROFL* Oh man I remember toys in cereal. My brother Joel & I usually fought over them, until Mom made us take turns. But we could always trade.......We were poor dirt farmers so to get the cereal with toys we had to beg.....& eat oatmeal more often.....boy my Mom or Dad could make a mean oatmeal..........and we really weren't poor. We always had all that we needed & most of what we wanted. And we always had food & lots of love growing up. I had my Dad wrapped around my little finger. See I almost died when born & then again a week later. So I was pretty special. They were only gonna have one kid & I sorta surprised them 3 years after my brother, Joel, was born. Joel had my Mom wrapped around his little finger. So it equaled out between us *LOL*
But yup this trip is gonna be a real tripping trip :D  :D |
Dearest Anna,
Ah ha! We finally got our very own Trampy Lil Thing with RSD! I'm so proud of you. A Senior who's going to make her year very memorable and a great sense of humor! laffs...I'll even give you a snort...snort!. I think when you pull up here wouldn't it be grand to dress up as that Career Woman...we will all greet you by saying "HO-HO-HO! :D With aloha, Dana |
Grumble grumble...Mutter mutter
(Grumble grumble..)
And how do YOU know that I WASN'T talking about ORKA?? Hmmmmm???? (Grumble grumble....mutter, mutter...) And to think that I actually was being nice, and helping you out with that "memmers" thing. *Sheesh*! (Mutter, mutter....Grumble, grumble...grouch mutter....) Humph. I can TOO cook! (Mutter, mutter, mutter...) See if I care. Humph. You just wont GET any, how's that? :p HMMMMmmmmmMMMM????? (Grumble..) Strawberry Milkshake Poptarts??? Ick! A Milkshake in a POPTART??? I'd rather eat grits and...that "O" word any day! (ROFL!) Debby...I am going to sit with YOU, and you can play with my Whoopie cushions! :) We can make faces at Mark (in fact, I am pulling faces at him right now...So THERE! :p ), and we can make fart noises louder than his any day of the week, even if he does cheat by wearing grass skirts, or any other kind of skirt, so that the noise escapes easier. I'll bring gas masks too, and sneak under seat, and put that lighter of yours to good use! ROFLMASOSNORTING!!! (Oops! Ouch! Dang it! I HAVE to stop doing that! I don't want to be snorting around Mark...especially if he is going to be competing with the whoopie cushions in a totally male sorta way! Ewwwwwww, Yucky! Pewie Stinky!!! LOLOL!) I also don't know what the hell a ... is either??? I wonder if it is gross?? I mean, after all of that recent stretching and shrinking and strecthing again, that he went through....you never know what his ... could be?? It might even have HAIR growing out of it!!!!! Or...something even WORSE!!! Well....I am off to go and catch a Orka for the trip (Bllllrrrrp {raspberry noise} Mark. :p LOL). Wish me luck. Those things are buggers to catch, let alone reel in! And, dodging the coast guard and Greenpeace is no easy feat either! Then there is finding my ancient family recipe....I haven't used it in ages...and I think I lent it out......Hmmmmmm........... Uhhhh.....anyone going to help dig the pit? Or, they got a REALLY BIG oven or Microwave?? :o (LOLOL) I got LOTS of work to do before the bus heads out.... (grumbles some more at Mark under breath...) ((hugs)) Jose the Grouch PS..I'm not talking to Mark. :p Or sharing my make up w/him!!! So THERE!!! :p again. |
Help!!
It is nasty snowing here..
warming hugs in wait, Sandra |
can't leave u kids for a minute
i think this thread had about 5 items in it the last time i looked and now it's up to several pages!.....honestly, i just can't turn my back on y'all for a second!
(and that "y'all" is as southern as i intend to get.....c'mon now folks -- fried greens?....grits?....and corn nuts ARE SO a southern thing.....u can get laughed out of a 7-11 around here for asking for them!) anyway, mark, it looks like i'm one of the first stops on the trip, so swing thru PA and i'll climb on the bus with a HUGE batch of philadelphia cinnamon buns (now THAT'S regional cooking worth talking about!!).....i'm planning on sitting up front so that if we run into any boring state troopers who think that ALL traffic rules should be obeyed, i can do my law-abiding granny thing and flash my AARP card (complete with senior driving certificate).....who's going to give any grief to a sweet (i can fake it), gray-haired, little, chubby grandmother?.....i could be your get-out-of-jail free card! i assume we're bringing our pets along?.....we can always incite the dogs to bark if we need additional rowdy noise and/or behavior! |
Liz..You didn't! Sandel..trying to get Help on the way!
OMG Liz!!
ROFLMAO! You DID NOT go into a 7-11 asking for grits and greens of ANY kind, did you? Those aren't things that you get in a convenience store! Not even down here!! They would look at you like you had lost your marbles and say "Bless her heart" after you left the store. Tell me you didn't really try to find grits and greens in the 7-11??? LOLOLROFLSNORTING!!!!!!!!!!!! Now...the Corn Nuts? That is a different thing entirely. Here is a web site for you to check out: http://www.planters.com/cornnuts/ So..See? :p They are NOT a "Southern Thing" at all. ROFL..YOu have just been under a rock or something. But, that history thing says "Corn"...but they are Hominy! Yuck yuck yuck! Either that, or the biggest friggin corn that I have ever seen...and the weirdest (yuckiest) tasting, to boot. My Mom LOVES those things...and she used to get them all the time when my brother and I were kids and we went on trips or car rides. She thought it was a "treat". It was....for her. Gag puke choke. I don't remember if Greg likes them or not. Probably, or he at least acted like he did, because Mom wouldn't usually get something that only one of us (and that included her) liked. I just wouldn't have any.....except when she would say (like she ALWAYS did...and still tries to..LOL) "TRY SOME, Jo! You never know! You just might like them, because your tastes are always changing!" Yeah..right. They are..and they do...but not THAT dang much! ROFL! So....you shouldn't have gotten laughed out of 7-11 about the Corn Nuts...but surely would have for the Grits and Greens. :D I am surprised that they didn't call the men in the white coats if you really went in asking for them! ROFL! Man...I am really laughing hard at you, Sweetie! :D Grits and Greens at the 7- 11, and you trying to use that Little Old Lady Driver's Ed Certificate for something else, too! ROFLMAO! You know what I Think? ;) I think that you are just trying to have an excuse to sit by Mark, that is what I think! ROFL!! Either that, or to flirt with the State Troopers that WILL pull us over when Debby swerves around because Mark is getting all in her way, or because Mark is trying to climb up on top of the bus to do the Hula or the Tango or some other dang thing.:p ROFL...Little Old Lady..Sheesh! Well...I am still working on my Orka Dilemma. See...when I say that I have an "Ancient Family Recipe"...I ain't foolin'. I really mean Ancient!! I am having some troubles figuring out what kind of fishing line would be best to use in reeling in such a large creature? Oh...and also what kind of apparatus to reel it in with? A tree? I have thought about borrowing a wench from on of the Good Ol' Boys around here, that they use for all of the Haulin' and Towin' that they do...so I pretty much think I got that covered. But...the line. Hmmm. My Ancestors only say (on the recipe, you see...) "Use Rope. Very Big Rope. Ugg." So....I am also checking hardware stores all the way from here to the beach. But..do not worry! I will persevere! We will have Orka and Okra and Grits and Greens AND CORN NUTS, or my name isn't Jose!!! LOLOL. Then...I am trying to figure out how to convert this recipe. Lets see...you roast a Turkey at 350 to 375 (you can get away with that higher temp if you are really careful)...and after this Thanksgiving, I am all messed up on how long per pound? I mean..I had a stupid turkey that weighed about 19 to 19.5 lbs, that too 7...SEVEN!!! Hours to cook?? No chart that I had said it should take THAT long...and no bird I have ever cooked of comparable size (or even a little bigger!!) has ever taken that long to cook before! But....I am wondering.....exactly...how long do you reckon we are talking about cooking this big fella here? And...what do you stuff one with? That part of my recipe is kinda ...well.....blurred and bit...and missing....Hmmmmm. Anyway. Liz...I hope that my link up there helps you with the Corn Nut Dilemma, and proves that I, myself, am not a "Corn Nut", or Nut of any kind! ;) ROFL...See? I TOLD You there was such a thing! And..Please? Don't go and ask for grits and greens and okra (spelled it right that time! LOL), or fat back...or any other "weird southern food" that I told you about, in a 7- 11....Ok? I don't want you to freak out those poor folks up there, or have them laying in wait for your next visit to catch you and send you to the looney bin. Then we would have to go and break you out before we could get on our way picking everyone up so we could get to Hawaii. Poor Sandel is FREEZING up there in Canada! :( Didn't you see her "HELP!!!" post? Someone run go get her, and let her hang with them so she can thaw out a little while she waits for the rest of us to get our crap together! Shoot...just about anywhere down in the US would be warmer than where she is, from what I have seen! Don't worry Sandel! We will get Help on the way ASAP!!!! We just have to keep Liz out of 7-11's, and Mark...well...away from Poptarts and skirts and with his..... covered (whatever the crap that is! LOL) ((hugs)) Jose <---who is wondering if Corn Nuts would make good bait? ROFL! |
Corn nuts for bait??? You mean for fishies? Wait...do fishies have teeth? It would break their lil toofies off. Corn nuts are ok in my book but POPTARTS are better. But bring on the cimanon rolls. Can't say cimanon but I can sure eat it.
Mark is gonna give me NO trouble. Don't wanna see his  or whatever he calls it either :D I won't use the duct tape if he promises to sit on his hands. Don't want no faces either:eek: You are such a weirdo Jose....made my morning...laughing and choking on coffee.:p See y'all on the bus!!! |
Hey don't leave me out.. I used to take Topamax and could use some about right now.. Hey jose if you need help with that "Orka' just let me know..LMAo Since we're neighbors maybe we can catch the darn thing by the time Mark or Debbie gets here to pick us up..
MMM also about those PA Cinnmon buns? Count me in.. I will fry up a big ole bucket of chicken to go with the "orka" amd greens..LOL As long as the orka is fried and not boiled.. yucky.. that's slimey and nasty.. geeez Hey Anna I need to borrow one of your costumes, please.. I would be a construction worker for a day..LOL Well with Mark on the bus we might have to keep him blindfolded and for sure duct taped to his seat.. Hey mark, I do love the ole bus you got for the trip.. Thanks man, i think everyone will see us oming for a mile.. Dana, see if you can't get those earthquakes under control or we'll have to pick you up and get the heck out of there..:) OK deb, Mark which one will be coming down south to pick me and Jose up? I will have my bags, and pills packed and ready to roll.. yeeeee hawwwwww.. we going on a road trip.. yiiiippppppeeeeee I can't wait.. See ya'll when you get here.. Oh and the weather is in the 70's with sunshine here, well for the next few days and then it's back to 30's and 40's with a chance of sleet and snow on Thursday so please pick me up before Thursday..:D See ya all soon... Janet |
OMG! You guys stop it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No, wait, DON'T stop! I'm laughing and I'm at WORK, so you're going to get me in trouble. And if you get me fired, then all of you hav to support me, and I'm not CHEAP...at least, not like floozy Anna! LOL! And Mark, I really don't think it would be wise of you to ride on TOP of the bus. I mean....bridges have height limits and with you on top, you'd put us over Mr. Tall One! Then we'd get pulled over and get a ticket for having Mark-Goop all over the freeway. Nope...NOT a good idea!
Hey, Anna...do you have a pickle costume? I'm craving pickles....so if you can't have em, JOIN EM, right? I wanna be a pickle!!!! Ya know, it's REALLY hard to get a babysitter for 5 dogs, so I'll have to bring all my furbabies with me. Is there room on the bus for them? And what about my dragon? Is there room for him, too? And his "food?" That's just an aquarium full of live crickets. Hope the lid fits tight enough. They've escaped MANY times at home, and we don't know how! If they do on the bus, we'll have a bunch of trippin' dancin' dressed up fool's all wigglin' around cuz of the crickets crawlin' down the backs of their costumes. HEY! That could be really fun though! Anyone ever see "Bubble Boy?" We could be like the people on that sunshine bus or whatever...only BETTER! :) And we won't worship cows, but EACH OTHER :) Jose...do you REALLY know a bunch of stories? Pray tell, I had NO IDEA! LOL! You're always so quiet, I figured shy little ol' you would just sit in the back and be the wallflower of the clan. :p Actually I think Jose and Mark need to be duct taped to the BACK of the bus...like, to the tailgate, where you'd put a bicycle. They could throw the okra and grits at the other vehicles as they pass. They could just bang on the back "emergency exit" door when they ran out of ammo. HEY DEB! Did you know they make CINNAMON ROLL POP TARTS??? I have some in my cupboard right now! Should I bring them along? I also have strawberry, brown sugar cinnamon, chocolate, cherry, and a whole slew of diffrent ones. (Big sale at Meijers not long ago so I stocked up on those and Goldfish....anyone like goldfish...NO, NOT THE PET! THE CRACKER!!! LOL!). Oh, and I have a partly finished gallon of some kind of wine in my pantry. I don't drink, but one of SO's friends was making shrimp scampi for him and SO and my son one night and brought it over to use to make it....so I could bring that, too. Yeah...just what a bunch of people on pain meds needs is a big jug of wine! And....okay, I've never heard of cornNUTS to catch fish. But my sil swears by CORN. She'll bring her own when we go fishing. I've never seen her catch a fish though. She STILL swears by it though. What I want to know is, what the heck are BOILED PEANUTS???? My hands hurt. LOL! Oh....can I come??? LOL! What should I bring? Michigan doesn't have anything special! |
i never liked 7-11 anyway
first things first .....i DID NOT ask for that yucky green stuff at the 7-11, nor did i ask for grits (wouldn't know what to do with a grit, anyway)....but asking for corn nuts was enough to cause hysteria....had to explain THREE times that i didn't mean beer nuts.
secondly, jose wrote: Oh...and also what kind of apparatus to reel it in with? A tree? I have thought about borrowing a wench from on of the Good Ol' Boys around here, that they use for all of the Haulin' and Towin' that they do...so I pretty much think I got that covered. i know that southern women can be tough when they need to be, but u have a wench doing haulin' and towin'?.....and isn't it horribly politically incorrect to refer to women as 'wenches'? i will check out the website for corn nuts, but u don't need to persuade me to stay out of 7-11's.....i think they probably all have me on some sort of "watch-out-for" list after the corn nut episode. |
Oh, Janet, feel free to borrow my construction worker costume. (its one of the better ones in my opinon haha).
Lisa hahaha. You ahve no IDEA how hard that made me laugh. One of my friends, who i may have kinda had a little fling type deal with a few weeks ago, calls me Pickle. Long story, but yea, he calls me pickle. and that made me giggle. I can learn to sew real quick though and whip one out for ya hahaha!!! anna |
