update on my dad!!
 

Well, he seen surgeon today, and got checked out. Then see oncologist. Long Appointment. On the 20th they will put a port on him, then start chemo I believe March 3rd. He was told what to expect for symptoms, when they stopped by, my mom mentioned he might get tingling in the finger, some neuralgia stuff...hahahahaa I told him, Yeahhh you get to feel like me!! he chuckled.

I guess when they were up there, they went shopping, dad mom and my sister, and he used a scooter in the target. I guess he is very weak still since surgery!! I have been telling him though the more he uses his body the stronger he will get again!! Dont want him weak before chemo :winky:

anyhow that is my update on dad, same chemo type Madeline had started on for colon cancer, down where she lives.

Twink, when my mom had breast cancer they waited a month to let her heal from the surgery. I think because chemo is so hard on the body they want you fully healed?

Maybe Sarah will let us know when she finds out. Still keeping dad in my prayers Sarah.
