HOW SMART IS YOUR RIGHT FOOT?

You have to try this please it takes only 2 seconds. It is from an orthopedic surgeon.......This will boggle your mind and you will keep trying over and over again to see if you can outsmart your foot, but, you can't. It's pre-programmed in your brain!

1.Without anyone watching you (they will think you are GOOFY...) and while sitting at your desk in front of your computer, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.

2.Now, while doing this, draw the number '6' in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction.


There's nothing you can do about it! You and I both know how stupid it is, but before the day is done you are going to try it again, if you've not already done so.

My nephew sent me this -- he's Right! :wink:

If I do it slow and jerky I can manage it one time - the 6 with the hand and with a clockwise foot circle.
but really hard to do...

Nope, couldn't do it Twink!! Glad to know I'm "normal". :D So I had my DD do it and it was halarious watching someone try it!!! :p

cant do this but they tell me at one time i could at the same time, walk and chew gum, does that count

hehhehehe....I can do it...BUT I start my 6 from the inside loop & go up. When I tried the "normal" way...could not do it.

LOL!! I didn't even get up from my perch to try it Ro~ Someone had sent me that a long time ago (before my body was as messed up as it is now) and I couldn't do it then, so know NOW wouldn't be any better. Boy, would I like to see a video of everyone trying to do this though. LOL!

I thought I might be able to do it since my feet don't work right anyway but nope, my brain still functions. Could not do it.

Oh GAWD! Give me dancers!

They've been on the same side of my body my entire life but they can't pull off this simple step.

Would make a good bar bet though.

I just tried again and failed...until I put my hand where I could only watch it with peripheral vision, then I concentrated on my foot ...and I DID IT!

I dunno why I'm celebrating. :confused: There's no prize awarded for this feat of the foot. :wink:

Oh great. I just lost the last few brain cells I have left. I can't do it :o

I can do it without hesitation or even trying-what does that say about MY brain????

Of course, I can also do this trick-
If I put a crayon in both hands and both feet-I can write a sentence
with the right hand and right foot being normal script
and the left hand and foot being backwards script-all simultaneously.

What does THAT say about my brain?

When I first showed my husband that trick-he gave me a very, very starnge slow look. lol

Heck, you had me at writing sentences with your foot..but forwards and backwards ??!!??:eek: I bow before your awesomeness!

daughter had to outsmart me too, by realizing if you first do it by starting the six from inside the circle part and going around that way to make it your foot would not change since going same direction..little stinker hehehee
