She's at it again
 

I was taking my trash out with a neibhbor's nephew today and my next door neighbor jumped all over the kid. My next door neighbor told the kid she's better now ever catch him bouncing his ball near her car. The woman would not shut up even though the kid told the woman alright. I told the kid to ignore her and she jumped all over me then. She called me a criminal and said I was going to prison. For what she never said. I got in her face and told her to get a life. The woman is all mouth as she'll threaten to hit but will not. I have to really admit I got in her face while she yelled and screamed at me without saying anything else. I wanted her to hit me as there were people there. She would not hit me but instead called out false accusations like I am a criminal and I'm going to prison. The woman is nuts. Next thing I know another neibhbor calls me and says my next door neighbor had the cops outside. The cops did not knock on my door or the neighbor's door where the kid was so they must not have though what she was telling them had any merit. She'll lie her tail off though to get what she wants just like she lies about me when she is yelling at me.

Nobody needs such distasteful interactions with neighbors or anyone else.

Sorry it happened. We all have our problems.

It would be interesting to know what they really were there for.

She sounds very toxic Barbara. I would avoid her if it's possible. She really walks around with a chip on her shoulder. :(

Tonight my next door neighbor cussed out her brother saying I have turned everyone against her. He told her no one is turning anyone against her. She called him a pu*sy and me a b-i-t-*h pu*sy and I was not even involved in this spat outside tonight. She then jumped on another neighbor and gave her heck. I got scared that there would be a brawl outside so I called the cops. I could hear her crying to the cop acting like the victim saying she's had to get a security system cause of all the mental people that live here. She sounded like she was going to cry and said she didn't know how much more she could take of this place. I went out and spoke to two of the cops and got some interesting tips. The cops went to knock on her brother's door but he would not answer. My next door neighbor really put her brother down saying he's hit her before and that no one else in their family will have anything to do with him cause of the way he is. Funny, my next door neighbor has no one come by to see her but her brother does.

I think the brother didn't want to hear about it tomorrow. So he just didn't answer his door. But I applaud you for taking action, and then going and
talking to them. Someone has to worry about the neighbors.

Thank you Donna. Today I bought a tape recorder to have her on tape for the next time she slanders me or someone. I need to check with a lawyer though about the laws on that. I think I will call Legal Aid today.

Today I noticed my next door neighbor's surveillance camera pointed in the direction of my space in front of my apartment. I took a picture of it to complain about this as I see it as stalking me. She has stalked me before.

I'm sure that the police have a record on her. They will tell the police who are going over there that she has a history. They might mention to the police on the radio that she's a 10-96. That means a mental subject. I've been listening to police scanners for many years.

Try to ignore her. I'm sure that the police have a file on her,but it's private. They can't tell anyone anything,because of privacy laws,and legalities.

Now when she is verbally attacking a young child,she's creating a circumstance that could give the young child a complex. You may be able to call Social Services on this new situation. BF:hug::hug::hug:

This lady is something else. Good job on the photo. Do find out about the legality of taping her before you do so. But, as has been previously suggested, i would avoid engaging her in anyway if at all possible. If she is getting into it with others besides you... leave time to time... it will soon be evident to all and any just who has a problem and who doesn't.

i agree with friend about calling social services if you ever notice her hassling kids.

I will be checking on an apartment today to see if I could move there. It is actually a very nice apartment compared to where I live now. I just don't want to deal with the flea problem here or my next door neighbor.

I don't qualify income wise to get the apartment I wanted to. I did call about another cheaper apartment but have not heard back yet.

I am upset now but plan to post separately about it because it's on another subject.
