Well, come on up for a visit, Kitty. It really is a nice place to visit and live. This coming from a former desert rat that grew up in NM.

It would be a major undertaking for me to move but every summer I start thinking about it more and more. I just cannot tolerate this heat much longer.

It's much cooler than Georgia. Both temperature and attitude wise. And contrary to popular belief, it does NOT rain everyday.

Rain doesn't bother me as much as these oppressive 98 degree humid days. They're whipping me! :( Seems like it gets hotter every year.

Jo, can you include some of your cool air in the live cam, too?? :p

We've had really cooling breezes at nite lately.
In a few days we are forecast for some 90's but as long as it cools at nite I don't mind it.
