Night Owls -vs- Day Birds

How many of us are Night Owls and
how many of us are Day Birds?

NOTE: You do not have to have Epilepsy,
it just "sort of runs in your family"

In my family - we're all Night Owls, we tend
to do better at nights and we're certainly not
"morning people", hence our passion for Garfield
and his "I don't do mornings" episodes.

NEXT?

It's bizarre but I'm one of those swing-shifters. It seems to vary by week depending on my level of energy or lack of. Like the week before last, I was in a nesting panic phase so I was staying up late, although waking up every 30 minutes once I went to bed (pretty sure I was having some nocturnals which were due to my lack of stress control :D). Today I was up at 7am, yesterday I was up at 10am. I'm totally weird.

Hi Sharon,
I used to be a night owl but since I've gotten older (44) I come home from work and I'm lucky if I make it until 10 pm but take my word I've always been an Early Bird up at 5 am and on the go. Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!

Sue
