If you don't have to deal with "slow stomach" (yet?) you just don't know what you are missing :p 1) Tincture of rhubard root - raw root is toxic so buy unless you know what you are doing. Use as needed not daily so the effect lasts. A couple of drops will do it. 2) Ginger is your GI tract's friend. Daily for this one. 3) Dandelion - Pick it and chew 4) Bitter stuff - bitter taste buds wake up the stomach. Go figure |
