How do I make a web site viewer friendly?

I have my "fancy" way. Wich is pretty neat. I've been getting suggestions to dull down my site for the sake of the seizure prone. Do I just want to cut and paste every thing into new files then upload them to my web host?

I think it's safe for everybody to view it now. (I had a comment from anouther board that it allmost (unintentionallly) gave them a seizure.) I just want to create a seizure-prone visitor friendly web site to attach to my existing web site.

I have seen so many different feeds... RSS, XML, and HTML sites, HTML is self explanitory, will the RSS or XML feeds reprogram my web site to make it user friendly without changing the original site?

I know I have seen this before, I think I have that site saved on my tower wich is not here because it's not working right. Can someone please let me know what it is and how to do it?

Thank you.

I'd like to see your site - will you PM the link to it- I'm not seizure prone.

All I can think of it make the Home page simple and then have a second page with the bells and whistles - and title it with a warning so anyone with sensitivities can avoid that page.

I've only made one website on a free hosted site - so I don't know how to help you more than that.
