My PN is caused by MGUS not SFN, but I have found that a sublingual oil spray tincture of CBD-40mg/THC-0.1 mg may help slow or stop some of my nerve spasms. The low level of THC means I can use it during the day, even at work.

I am interested to know if others have tried 10mg or 20mg oil caplets of CBD/THC and, if so, whether this was useful in calming nerve spasms/pain.
