Tingling on left side

I previously had a TIA in 2012, which left my left arm with a constant tingling (pins & needles) feeling. I also have a constant pain in right shoulder that has never subsided since 2 weeks prior to the stroke. The doctors have told me that I had a blood clot hit my cerribelum on the right side, which caused the left side to go weak. My stroke doctor also told me that I had possible 2 more small TIA's while in the hospital.

In the past few months I seem to be having some health issues such as I collapsed at work and went to the hospital and was told I have vertigo. There was no blood tests done but the doctor simply looked into my eyes and did the finger test. I told him that I had had a previous TIA and that I had also had a headache and was very dizzy. I hadn't felt like myself since waking up that morning but went to work anyways. I was very fatigued and just after my lunch (thinking if I ate I would feel better) came back to my desk. I got up and the next thing I knew I getting picked up off the floor. Could it have been possible that I had another TIA? The doctor told me know but didn't do any other tests.

I have been having leg pain at nights in the past 3 weeks. Yesterday I had tingling in my face and in both legs, where I had to sit down. I was so tired but carried on the day.

Today, I woke up and there was tingling in my face on the left side and left side tinging all the way down. I went to work and then called my stroke doctor and family doctor and was told to go to the hospital. I had bloodwork, which came back all good. They did a CT scan, which showed no bleeding, which was great!! But the tingling has not stopped. They told me that if I have any other symptoms like, vision, headache, dizziness to come back to the hospital immediately.

The doctor at the hospital said he would forward his report to my stroke doctor, who I am seeing on August 10, 2015. He also told me that a MRI should be done to see if there is anything that may not have shown up on the CT scan.

I am so worried what is going on as well as my family. I feel and look so tired.
