If I read this right, they caused inflammation by interrupting blood flow....isn't this related to vascular compression in the brain that was the pivotal finding of Dr. Peter Jannetta recently?

If, as many articles show, there is much neuroinflammation in the brains of PWP, ALZ, etc., what is causing all of this inflammation? No one can really say, the causes could be many....but is it possible that as we age we naturally are more prone to vascular compression in the brain (not yet known but Jannett's 78% stat indicates yes) just like as we age our veins and arteries naturally get brittle and we are more prone to high blood pressure (this is known)?

Many PWP already take inbuprofen daily for its antiinflammatory effects, or curcumin, dxm, green tea, etc. If neurovascular issues cause neuroinflammation, and we have just general tightening/cloggage in our neurovascular system, that is one thing....but if something like compression is causing the neurovascular issue, that is where Jannetta and his work comes into play and could really help. Or not, what am I missing?
