SuperBowl ChickenWing Dip (hot)

Now Im from the burbs of Buffalo, NY, where we invented the chicken wing. Here is a great dip, and its easy!
Layer in pie tin or sm casserole dish
l 8oz pk of cream cheese (I use softened)
l l/2 c bluecheese dressing (I use the chunky kind)
l chicken breast (pre-cooked and chopped) mixed with hot sause (to taste)
Mozz cheese (shredded)
Heat in oven or micro till hot
Serve with crackers or your favorite chips YUM!!
You can use fat free cream cheese and dressing if you want lower cals.
double or triple to amount of guests to be served

Speaking of dips.........

I hadn't made one in ages so yesterday I did a really easy sweet corn one, and a just as easy gherkin one.

I just used 250g (8oz) softened Philly cheese and added a jar of sweet corn relish (about a cup) to one, then repeated the recipe, this time adding the same amount of Gherkin relish to another 8oz of softened Philly cheese. I just mixed the relish in with the softened cheese using a wooden spoon.

I have a carton of sour cream in the fridge to make another dip, but with that one I'll simply mix it together with a packet of salt reduced chicken noodle soup.

It's the perfect weather here at the moment for dips, and I usually serve them with crackers or fresh veges like carrot sticks and celery.

I love the chicken wing dip. My sister makes it all the time. Since I can't eat blue cheese, she substitutes ranch dressing. She's such a nice sister! Then I eat tons of it and blame her for my overeating. :p
