Has anyone expereinced PCS symptoms months after the injury but not right after?

October 21st 2017 I was hit in the back of the head several times. The rest of that week I had mild headaches, but 800mg Ibuprofen took care of them. I still went to school and work. I felt like I was getting better. From October until March just occasional headaches...

Then end of March 2018 I started getting terrible headaches and neck pain. It feel likes pressure in my head and it feels like blood is rushing to my head. I can't bend down or get up to quickly. Since March, I have been in bed almost everyday with terrible head and neck pain.

Does anybody know why I was OK (for the most part) from Oct-March and then all of a sudden in March it got really bad?

MigraineKid1993,

Welcome to NeuroTalk.

It sounds like you suffered an upper neck injury that caused your headaches. Your neck recovered somewhat but then in March, you aggravated the neck injury and made it worse.

What kinds of physical activities were you doing in late February and into March?

What kind of posture do you maintain when you rest?

Have you tried icing your neck?

Any kind of neck therapy?
