What's on your plate ?

This morning my plate is a frozen dinner :winky: Oh, it's cold and we got snow on top of the ice and sleet that was finally starting to thaw.
Of course, I've been out feeding birds.
I hope you all are warm and doing OK.

A little warmer weather today....

watching parents re-arrange their house...
trying to find room in my little room for things that they keep giving me....

trying to keep track of what i've been watching on tv... i was selected to be a nielsen tv ratings person for a week.

trying to keep my mind off of things... I have to have some "tests" ran next week.

thinking of a couple of friends... wanting to call a friend or email them to let them know I miss them... but I won't... that bridge has already burned--i tried to rebuild it...but they have the matches.

Hugs to all!!!
What's on your plate?

We woke up to a winter wonderland.....yet again. I hear the snow plows at work and that's reassuring. I always start out typing in the dark until Mr.Alffe brings me a cup of coffee and turns the light on. Slept in a little bit....still basking in the glow of this past weekend.
Feeling very loved is just priceless.

The jays are out there screaming at me...wanting their raw peanuts and the feeders filled. They've surely gone thru a lot of birdseed this winter. :o

I haven't told Cooper yet that he's going back to camp on Thurs..another opportunity for him. :D

I hope everyone has a good day. :grouphug:

Wishing it would snow here... crazy but I love the snow. Plus if they say we are going to get snow... then we should get it... they said we'd get 5 inches... weather men.. We might have got a dusting.

Listening to CMT radio here on the computer while I surf...http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/ad/wave.gif

Probably go play on pogo for a while.... boredom is a terrible thing to have..

Tonight is my tv night:cool:... Biggest Loser, American Idol, argh...I know there is one more... but I can't remember what it is...

 to all!!!

I hope everyone is safe, warm, happy, and healthy where ever you may be!!

Abbie

I like the snow too Abasaki. We seldom ever get snow here. Today was not a good day. My daughters purse got stolen at school. Her blackjack cell phone, all her money, and a couple giftcards were taken... :(
She did get the purse back, it was found in the girls restroom in the trashcan.
I felt so bad for her... she called me just crying and crying. I had to go to the school and sign the police report. It really ticks me off that these cell phone companies make it so confusingly hard to cancel your cell phone service. Scott got his stolen in January. Now we're paying for 2 cell phone accounts that we dont have... i guess we need to get both kiddos a new phone... :o
Hope everybody here is doing ok {{{HUGS}}}

Been there, done that! Disgusting! But to do it to a child? Revolting!

Sunday, me and my girls went to a doggy competition. One of the head leaders asked me to help with setting up the course. I left my 11 year old in charge of watching after my 4 year old on the bleachers within my sight. While signing in on their dry erase board, I look over at my youngens and find a stranger sitting taught next to my littlest. I broke away from the leader and went directly to the stranger to ask who they were. I guess I really upset them as they quickly abainshed us. They tried to comfort me on saying 98% of the human population is innocent. I agree, but will not take a chance!

Your littlest are your pride and joy and everything you were meant to be. Hang in there,
You are there "mama" and out to protect them. May they learn from this experience to never trust a soul!

Last day in this condo..tomorrow it's on to Naples (no doody, not Italy! *grin)
Hopefully I'll have ready acess to the internet at my sil's. I never saw it rain harder than it did yesterday...a real gully washer...even the peacocks complained.

hypermom, I hope you will continue to be strong (I wouldn't call it hyper)
and remember that you can talk about it here.

Also to our new young member, who is hopefully in the hospital getting help right now...we will be here to listen when you return home. :grouphug:

I can't help but wonder if Florida will get to vote again.

And don't let's forget about Michigan....
