Restless leg, tremors, tightness in my hands and arms, lower back/ nerve problems
 
I HAVE A LACK OF VITEMIN D, MY LEGS ARE RESTLESS ALOT EVEN MORE AT NIGHHT, NOW THE LAST LITTLE BIT MY HANDS AND ARMS FEELS TIGHT AND I'M GETTING TREMORS EVERY WHERE. I HAVE LEARNING DIFFICULITES AND CAN NOT DO THE RESEARCH ON MY OWN AND UNDERSTAND THEM. CAN SOME HELP ME. OH YA MY LOWER BACK IS DRIVING ME CRAZY. SO U KNOW WHEN U BEND YOUR BACK BACKWARD TO STRECH?????? WELL I HAVE TO PULL MY BACK BACKWARDS AND SIDE TO SIDE ALOOOOOOOT. LIKE EVERY 10MINS A DAY, IFI DO NOT THERE A CRAZY NERVE FEELING THAT WILL DRIVE ME CRAZY. IT IS EFFECTING MY LIFE. DOCTORS THINK IT MAYBE A SIDE EFFECT FROM EFFEXOR WHIC HELPS WITH ANXIETY. I STARTED TAKING IT A FEW MTHS BACK AND HAVE BEEN OFF IT FOR NO LONGER THAN A MONTH. I HEARD THE DRUG ONLY STAYS IN YOUR STYSTEM FOR 3 WEEKS, MY SYPTOMS ARE GETTING WORSE AND STILL HERE .


i DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS A SYPTOM OR IT'S JUST BECAUSE I AM FRUSTERATED WITH ALLTHIS BUT THELAST WEEK I HAVE BEEN CRYING alot , MAYBE 5-6-7 TIMES A DAY, AND I'M EASILY STRESSED.

I left you a message in the General Health Conditions & Rare Disorders Forum.

Please post over on the Medications forum too if you can. There's someone there who may be able to give you better information than I can regarding this medication and its potential side-effects. I do know that some people find Effexor very difficult to come off.

Thanks, I was only on the effexor for a few weeks.
