Nerves making me sick

:( I think my nerves have got the best of me. Yesterday morning all of a sudden I got sick to my stomach, I think it was the vitamins I took, not sure.

Woke up at 3am, couldn't get back to sleep, even took 2 Klonapin.

Now I have diahreah, and my stomach is feeling good either. I know I am not eating right but still. Tired too, but that is nothing new. It seems I am always fatigued to the max.

It probably is all nerves, stress, etc. I hope I am not getting sick with a stomach bug.

My mom's appt. went well, she even got a flu shot which is good.

Although, I still need to do things around the house, I just can't.

Need to sleep, a day in bed sounds like it might be a good idea.

I hate this. Maybe my mind will let me rest, I hope so.

I do hope you got to rest some...
and yes your vitamins can be irritating..do you usually take them with breakfast?
There have been a lot of flu bugs out there especially at the doctors offfices...I try real hard to stay out of them if possible.
When I have to go get my flu shot or PPD, tb test I never sit on the chairs in the waiting room and if I do I don't hold the arms...sick kids are always playing on them and lots of germs and they should have hand disenfectate as soon as people walk in the door to use at the front desk...anyway
enough of my rant!
I hope that you feel better real soon!
