pssst....Lara...

ok, have a puzzle for you...

rule: you can't hit reply to figure it out. ;)

hint: if you get stuck, it's in my photos. :D

OK, below this post...:D

(the question is HOW I created this puzzle vs what IS the puzzle...:) )

Hitting reply isn't the thing, it's hitting quote. That's how I figured out the last one. I haven't done that, but it's difficult trying to figure out how you created a puzzle that isn't visible. lol :winky: The last one was invisible because you chose white as your text colour.

I thought something might happen if I refreshed, but that didn't work.
I figure it's got something to do with either perspective or refresh but I don't know. I'll try to think about it. try being the operative word.

The only other thing I can think of is that you've created an image and changed it offline or removed a link or something.

Don't tell me!!!

I thought it might have had something to do with the message editing format, but I'm still checking that out with my control panel.

ah ha!

You do have two images on the page. LOL

I know there are two because when I right click the mouse in the invisible space I get the details of the image.

I checked and the two images are different sizes, thus I know there are two images there.

p.s. here's the properties of your "blank" image
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/pi...pictureid=3741
JPEG image
432px × 324px
9.45 kB (9680 bytes)
Blank

OK, so is there more to this puzzle that I've missed?

I guess you did it with Photo shop or something?
I just found this interesting tutorial too...

This page: Blank Transparent Image.

or there's

How to create an empty Image
From BYTES

Quote:

Bitmap newie = new Bitmap( 16, 16, PixelFormat.something );

Stream stream = new FileStream( "image.jpg", FileMode.xxx, FileAccess.xxx )
;

newie.Save( stream , ImageFormat.Jpeg );
Heck, it's all jibberish to me. LOL

:) Lara, good job!

I created a BLANK using photo chop. :)

Then used NT to serve it.

I did that for two reasons.

One, if your history and cookies were clean/free of NT. Then you wouldn't have been able to see it in lurk mode.

that would throw you off.

If you would've logged in, you would've been able to get the properties of the photo. LOL

but I also figured that since you were trying to save on your internet bill, that'd you'd log immediately off but I figure you're the type to clear your cache.

and if that happened, you wouldn't been able to get the properties again. I was hoping that would throw you off...LOL

Well, good job!!

:)

LOL too funny.

Yeah, I am that 'type'. I clear cache every time I disconnect.

I think some-one has too much time on his/her hands. :rolleyes:

I must admit I was trying to work it out before I went to bed last night, but had to give up. :D
