Delayed PT Reaction

After 6 months of joint and rib mobilization, my PT said to take a break. That the rib was not moving any more. I had mild improvments to symptoms.

After taking a break from PT for about 2 months now.....my numbness in my pinkies has stopped. I still get pressure/pain in my elbows but it is lower now too. I can do more with my arms.

I am still scared to do anything stupid (like raising my hands over my head).....but it is true, like many have said here, that it took a long time to get in to this mess, and it does take a slow time to get back out, it seems.

We shall see what happens.
