Diet Pills Questions
I have always wondered about appetite suppressants...ie...diet pills.
Which works best with the least amount of side effects? Over the counter...RX?? |
I've only tried them 1 or 2 times and they gave me the jitters so i threw them away, long time ago - I don't even recall the brand.
I'm not much on taking any pills , don't even take my vitamins regularly anymore:( I haven't tried any of the newer things at all. If you take any other meds be very careful of interactions. this site has some good info for women and weight loss- the hormone/thyroid connection etc. http://www.womentowomen.com/nutritio...s/default.aspx |
Alli
My husband is taking "Alli" and it seems to be working well for him. It made me sick more than likely 'cause of all the other meds I take. It''s now available without a prescription and if you buy it at Costco (maybe Sam's Club, too), it helps on the cost. I don't know exactly how much weight he's lost but it's about 13 lbs. in 2 months. Like me, he is disabled and therefore cannot excercise so that's really good!
