Can this cause a concussion?

Hi again all,

Basically, I hate all bugs. I'm a 15 year old male and have hated bugs ever since I was born. Recently, I was sitting on my couch watching some TV and a fly flew right by my head. As soon as I saw it I jerked my head to the right fast and far away from it. My body just reacted so fast and I'm scared that the fast motion of the head has worsen my concussion or gave me another.

I overcame this anxiety of hitting my head again a while ago... But with this situation I'm having a little more.

(For those who don't know I'm 10 months pcs)

Thanks,
Sam

That is your anxiety speaking. The startle makes the anxiety much worse.

Entomophobia (also known as insectophobia) is a form of anxiety. You have a triple whammy. You were startled. You reacted to the startle being a bug. You added fear that you injured your head. You can resolve two out of three.

Be sure to only eat Kosher hot dogs. By USDA standards, the rest can have insect parts in them.

What's the last thing that goes through a bug's head as he hits your windshield ? The bugs back end. Now, that's a head injury.

Better still don't eat processed meat as it's garbage ;-)
