Another concussion?!

I've had pcs for 5 months now and it has been getting a little bit better every day. But today I'm afraid that I've ruined all of my progress.

I was playing with my 4 year old brother, he was lying on the table (don't ask ;)
And I wanted to tickle his tummy. He was suprised and accidentally hit my head with both of his fists. Now I know that a 4 year old doesn't have a lot of strength but I am still afraid that he gave me another concussion! Could one get a concussion from that??

I feel a little bit dizzy right now but I don't know if it's from the panic or if I've done some damage to my brain

Please can someone tell me if I can get a concussion from this ?? Should I even worry about it??
Thanks for your help :)

Not a concussion just an anxiety reaction. Your anxiety can be your worst enemy.

Thank you so much for your quick response mark!

You are probably right, I just worry too much. I was just scared because I have to be on a plane tomorrow for 12 hours and that would not be pleasant with another concussion :D

So thanks again :)

Take ear plugs or noise blocking ear buds or head phones.

Ok I have another question... I am still feeling dizzy and I have a slight headache. Is that still anxiety ?

Yes, anxiety can cause a myriad of symptoms.

So it can seem like its a concussion but it's not? how long should I expect the symptoms to last? And is it still save to go on a plane?
Sorry for all these questions you just seem to know a lot about this :)

My immediate reaction to this was if your 4 yr old brother gave you a concussion with his fists he should be groomed to be a pro boxer.. In all seriousness I believe you are sensitive to anything in the form of an impact touching your head. i feel that way sometimes too but its nothing serious.
