HELP what should i ask my neuro
 

I am seeing my neuro this week.i have had 2 clean EMGs in the past 4 years. The last one 6 months back. Anyway these twitches are getting more violent and are spreading. I am also noticing ssome weakness in my left vleg. i have been a bit clumsy lately. So i should ask if he thinks that this could lead to ALS obviously.Also should i ask if it could be BFS. Also i had a CPK blood test done and my count was 690. the norm is 200-290. i dont know what CPK is but i should ask him why is mine him and what does it mean. Anyone else have any suggestions about what i should ask. I have severe twitching in my left calf and toes, right forarm, right thigh, and thumbs and they are spreading. i mean something has to be causing it. thanks
