SSDI Judicial Review is FINALLY scheduled!
 

Since June 2009 I have been fighting and fighting and frustrated and stressed and paperwork out of the ears...
and finally today I got a good bit of news.

APRIL 12TH!! I am scheduled to be in Richmond with my lawyers to present my case to a judge!

I didn`t really know what to expect before mine, but the judge was really cool and seemed to think SSDI were idiots for denying me twice. I guess it may go by the judge though. Good Luck!

Wishing you success and continued positive progress dealing with the system. Better that it's on April 12th than April 1st, right? There's always a silver lining. Keep us informed.
