American Idol anyone?
 

DOes anyone here watch this show? If you do I would live to hear other opinions and comments.

My favorites are Adam Lambert, and Danny Go:Dkey.

My favorite is the girl with red hair. I think Adam is probably going to win, but I'd rather see the girl win. Her talent at 17 is incredible! I think it's a little unfair that Adam has had some success already but my girls don't think that should matter. Ah well, what will be will be.

can't watch another year - was really glad that David Cook won last year - couldn't stand all that redialing again !!!!!!! - but was surprised that the teeny boppers didn't get the other David voted winner -

Well, if you had asked that question any other year, we could have talked shop! But I just can't get into this year -- too many changes and too much background info.

The "other" David (Archuletta) is still going strong. The teeny boppers LOVE him here in Utah!

But yeah, David Cook deserved to win. I love the song he's got out "Leave the Light On" or something, esp. when he goes into his deeper voice for a few measures. And Daughtry has a good song out right now, too (can't remember the name).

Carrie Underwood seems to be doing really good, too. Nice to hear new talent succeed.

Same here Twink. Lil'Monkey had been such a fan since the beginning. YAY...Home Girl Kelly Clarkson! :D

We didn't watch much the year Ruben won and I dont think we have watched more than 15 minutes this year.

The new judge was a big turn off.

It has even made Lil'Monkey question her auditioning. :(

I haven't got into it the last few years either.
They just drag it out too much for me - let em sing and then do the vote and call it good!

does anyone see any resemblance in Adam Lambert to a young Elvis??
something with the eyes and the chin/jawline??
Or maybe just certain looks I noticed it more, i watched a few times and it just stuck me.
