I think that merging species will happen first. With the knowledge of the genome growing so fast, I think some scientists may make the leap and change basic characteristics of animals, such as giving chimps the ability to speak. Probably in secret, like a B movie.

In the meantime real science will concentrate on replacing those lost cells from the substantia negra....and all before midnight. Anybody lost a golden slipper?:winky:
