It seems to indicate the only treatment for concussion is physical and cognitive rest.

And that is so true. Rest is the only thing that helps, at least for me. Massage was a really terrible thing (made me much worse) so please everyone: don't do that. However, I've tried homeopathy a few days ago and it seems like it's helping a little already.

Very gradual return to activity also helps recovery, but only when the time is right - when symptoms are reducing. Until such times physical and cognitive rest are required.
