Keep clicking as you go to make changes and experience everything.

I have a real incentive to lose more weight...getting an insurance physical on the 22nd and the rate is lower if you're in a "prefered" bracket...:o

Alffe, This could only happen to me this morning. I was sitting there reading my Sunday School lession early, and my cat wanted in. Well, I got up to let him in, and I noticed he had something in his mouth. WELL, HE HAD A LIVE BIRD IN IT! I am so afraid of birds, and here's one is in my house at 6:00 am this morning. I'm not dressed nor hair combed, I grabed the cell phone and run out with car keys in my hand, & called my nephew. He came over and found me on the porch in pj's scared to death. It's not to warm out there either.:eek:

In the meantime, my dog had taken the BIRD away from the cat and he wouldn't kill it, so I was plenty afraid of them. Mark finally came and resqued me. I am a mess on the inside, shaking and all.:rolleyes:

Anyway that is what has happen to me already! I hope not to much else is going to happen today. Had to tell someone. LOL

Say strong on diet today! We can do it.:grouphug:

Oh Billie!! We had a bird in our sanctuary at church one Sunday and a lady passed out from the fear of it. That certainly jump started your day!!

I'm not afraid of birds....now bats are something else! :eek:

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! TODAY HAS BEEN A GOOD DAY FOR ME FOR MY DIET. LIKELY BECAUSE I AM SICK. TURNS OUT I HAVE BRONCHITIS AND SINUSITIS........MY FACE IS KILLING ME. I AM ON ANTIBIOTICS NOW, AN INHAALER, NOSE SPRAY, AND BOUGHT A NETI POT TO FLUSH MY NASAL PASSAGES.............COULDN'T BELIEVE ALL THE YUCKY STUFF THAT HAS DRAINED OUT OF MY NOSE:eek:

Just popping in. Have lots to do today. Gettingready for vacation.

Decided to stop weighing myself. *throwing scale to Alffe's yard*

I fell off the diet. Need to get back on. Also get my thyroid levels checked I think I may need an adjustment.

Ok maybe I will try to walk today. :(

WE went to the lake/swamp where there used to be a bird rookery until they were spooked and abandoned the area a couple of years ago.
Saw a few birds and alligators so that was fun, beautiful day breezy sunny.
