are you using antioxidants, have you read about the miracles associated with high dosage vitanin c?

magnesium and zinc supplements also do wonders for nerve issues

read about vitamin c it's known to prevent RSD in wrist fractures
if you're not taking it you have a deficiency

get some L-ascorbic crystals or powder and learn how to
take higher and higher doses Vitamin c makes me sleep and it's done wonders for my killer backaches

I mix 1 teaspoon with 4oz water every morning then wait an hour befor eating I also take my NAC at this time along with bromelain and 800iu vitamin e

hang in there, and and think yourself healthy sieze the day

mirror therapy is also great excercize, and the mind is very powerful tool you simply must believe in healing, you must beleive in yourself

debbie...

Hi Debbie

I just wanted to say that I'm sorry you are hurting so much. I do know how you feel and it really isn't any fun. I was wondering if you had ever tried a tens unit? I have rsd in my right arm and a torn rotator cuff on the left and I find that when the pain is unbearable the tens unit really keeps me from losing my mind! Also, my therapist does ultrasound massage to both shoulders and that seems to help too. Sometimes I take a hot bath w/epsom salts, it's not a miracle cure but is does seem to take the edge off. oxycodone also seems to help.....other than that advice, all I can really offer you is kind words and prayers that you will find some relief soon. Hope to hear from you soon Debbie:hug: , jenny

/Gentle arm massage

Awww Deb I hope your feelin better. I know it gets hard every so often, and we get to where we just dont want to even try anymore.

Just remember this will pass, and although the pain will probably still be there, you will notice something took your focus from it. Got ya covered in prayers ;)

Debbie, are you feeling any better yet? Have you been to the doctor's, or at least arranged an appt.?

I sure hope things are better for you today, and will get better every day. I have my fingers crossed. :)

Hang in there, arm pain is a nasty thing. Sometimes I just soak in hot epsom salt water for 15 minutes at a time. This can relieve the edge to the pain so I can go on for a bit longer. Massage does help too. Although my husband must be sick of my hands and arms by now, he massages them daily. :D

Hugs to you!

Awwwww.. Deb!
I am truly sorry for the pain that you are having! Gosh, there were a lot of great ideas from the others on here!! Deb, my muscles hurt so bad also. sometimes I just want to scream! I found out that my neurontin helps ease some of this along with the kadian(time released morphine) Can/did you ask your doctor if there is some kind of a cream for this muscle pain? If you can't or don't like to take opiates, how about a nice warm heating pad? Wishing you a pain free night Deb. Hang in there my friend! love, Desi
