Relief and a good night's sleep
 

I have had RA for two years now and I was in such pain at night that I couldn't sleep. My husband got me a ChiliPad because I was blasting the AC at night to try and cool down the room - and freezing him out in the process. The ChiliPad lets you set the temperature of your bed between 46 and 118 degrees.
