reading/screen/projector

When I switched from regular screen to hooking my laptop to TV screen, I felt a bit better (or was able to work for longer). But still, after a while 2-3 hours, my eyes/brain can't handle.

Now I am think of using one of those home projectors on the wall. Someone told me that, since it is a reflected light it might bother less. Also it will obviously be even larger than my screen. As long as I keep my neck in the rigt posture...

Any thoughts?
