root canal or extraction and implant
 

I have an abssess over my 2 front teeth. They are decaying rapidly and pretty much falling apart slowly and surely. Now I am trying to figure out if I need a root canal with maybe some type of veneer over top or have them pulled and hen recieve some type of denture. Money is an issue and also the amount of time that I will be without my teeth. Which one is the best solution any help? The absess comes and goes but when it comes I am in horrible pain my upper lip swells up and I look like one of the Simpsons. I am pretty sure my tooth is done and cosmetically also needs something done if I was to have a root canal. Please help!
